I am Adama. I have not spoken through it for some time but, as others have said now, it is time . It is time to bring you the next part of your journey, the next understanding of where you are going, here, and what is happening.
You hear from many of what you call " the Galactic ", which we also call " the Galactic . " But you haven't heard from us from deep inside the earth, from inside the earth or hole in the earth. We are here, and we have been, yes, observing for some time, observing the experiences on the planet, those things that everyone is going through, and understanding a little what you are experiencing.
But the vibrations, the vibrations of change that are moving across the planet are now something we have been anticipating for some time, because we knew that at some point this would begin. Just as we went through a similar experience some time ago when the vibrations increased for us, not to the point that it has been from a three-dimensional consciousness to a fifth dimension, since we begin more on a fourth-dimensional basis and move towards a consciousness of fifth dimension . So for you to move from a three-dimensional illusion to an understanding of fifth dimension is a great feat.
And we have been watching and waiting for those moments that are now very close, where we can once again emerge from us, what you would call a sanctuary, deep in the earth. I myself come from Telos, the city within Mount Shasta . And from time to time we surface and mix with some of you . Sometimes you don't even know we are there, you don't even know that we are below the surface. But we are here, and we are preparing to open many of the entrances to our hollowed out floor. But, of course, we, like those above also, have to wait until we are no longer interfering in their affairs, where interference would not be considered, but would be considered an aid .

Help those who are ready to wake up
We are here to keep coming to you at every opportunity we have, as we have been doing whenever we can, to share with you, to help you work with these vibrations as they continue to increase. And every time they are more and more. And everyone is feeling this intense energy that is moving across the planet now, waking up many, many of their long sleep, as well as they woke up some time ago. And many are now preparing to be awakened, because their so-called alarm clocks are about to sound. And there are many beyond that, who do not have that call of attention, but will depend on you, on you, to assist you and help you in the process of awakening. And for many of you, that is part of your mission now, at the present time, is to continue helping those who are ready to wake up, just as you did or have done.
Allow yourself now to continue hugging the light, feel the light, share the light, as it continues to enter, wave after wave after wave, as you have been experiencing. And a much more powerful wave of higher vibration energy is about to fall on you, here. So as you enter, let it move through you . And while doing so, feel the highest vibration within her, the highest consciousness within her, and let her take you up.
But always remember to continue staying here on land . They connected the earth. Feel the earth . Feel it under your feet. Go barefoot more often. Feel her energy . Because we are her, and she is us. We are ONE with the planet. Let it continue to sustain you, continue to rise as it elevates you more and more to meet ours as well as those above and with the many Ascended Masters who are ready to assist even more and more as the energies, vibrations, continue to rise to allow them to do it with you.
I am Adama . I leave you now knowing that our meeting time is getting closer and closer, and many of you have been here with us before deep in the earth. And many will return to us, even when we approach and return to you.
