1. Draw a pyramid on blackboard or paper, before meditation.

2. The line on the right represents it with the phrase: WILL IS POWER. (concrete mind)

3. The line on the left represents it with the phrase: WISDOM IS ILLUMINATION .. (higher consciousness)

4. The baseline represents it with the phrase: LOVE IS REALIZATION. (Feeling illuminated)

PHASE 3

Draw a circle on the board or paper before meditation.

1- Physical-etheric body-represents the edge of the circle.
2- Emotional body-represents the content of the circle.
3- Mental body - represents the complete circle.

PHASE 4

Draw a point on blackboard or paper, before meditation.

1- The point absorbs the four bodies, is the origin, the germ for the expression of life about to be manifested.

2- Observe the point, illuminate it, attract it to crown, eyebrows, cardiac .

3- Attracting it with a frown and decree “I am that point of light, that light that everything sees and knows. “Stay focused.

4- Take it to the crown center and decree . ”I am, I am and I remain anchored in this light, this light that I am and that everything is“ Stay centered.

The persistent and daily practice will crown the result, understanding as a result a perfect alignment and balance with the three elementary devas of the basic bodies, thus leaving the access required for the manifestation of the soul in the form.
