From the Heart to the Belly -Completing the Journey of the Soul- Pamela Kribbe channels the Earth

Dear human children,

I am the Earth speaking to you. I am your mother and I carry them in my lap throughout your life. You are sheltered by me, even if you are not aware of that and are too busy and involved in your daily affairs. I hold you and invite you to connect with me, while I wish to stir your memories and remind you of something. It is about something ancient and precious that in the modern world seems to have been forgotten. It is about the natural security of being on Earth.

To remember the natural security of being, you can look at all the nature that surrounds you. Watch the seasons, how they come and go by themselves, look at the plants and animals carrying out their daily lives, listen to the whisper of the wind or the murmur of the water. In this way you briefly remember that the most important things in life happen automatically, as a result of nature going through its course. Nature is everywhere around you and is in you too, because you also have a nature in you and it is part of nature as a whole.

Especially in the West, you have become so oriented to live from your heads that you have forgotten that you are natural beings, such as plants and animals. Look at the animals, how they naturally surrender to life. They can hardly do it any other way. They know emotions such as fear and resistance, but they cannot oppose life as much as humans can. Human beings through excessive thought can create a cage for their own nature and that after a while will cause problems. Life cannot be organized and controlled by human thought. The fundamental forces of nature are more vast than that. Sooner or later you will discover it. There will be a time when they will have to surrender to nature.

You often reach such moments through a crisis, a situation where you get stuck and ask you to release control, because you no longer have grip on things inside or outside of you. Release control hurts and can be a struggle. Still you will bring them home. You think you are lost and drowning in chaos, but in reality you are approaching the natural security of the Self itself. Life sustains and loves them. Crises often seem to be cruel and unfair, but in truth they always carry within the invitation of nature, or if they want from God, who tells them: "come home, come back to me." There is a guiding hand within the crisis, which seeks to support them and show them the way.

All of you who read this are on the inner journey towards totality and the consummation of being. They are looking to bring their soul to life in a human body of flesh and blood. In this way you go through different stages. The soul embodies - or descends into - the body in different stages. When you had just begun the inner journey, you probably got to know about this through your head. For example, you may have been attracted to certain books or people who threw a different light on ideas and values that you always took as admitted. You may feel shaken by your new thoughts, and yet strangely attracted to them. You will be fascinated to read and hear more about it. They will release some of the most rigid structures of your thinking and open up to something new. Reading and talking with people of another mentality can be incentives that help them in the process. This is how the inner journey will begin for many. You devour spiritual books as your meals. Deep inside you something wants to wake up and change, and this first translates as the need for a new way of thinking.

After a while you begin to miss something else. They start to think: well, I understand what they are talking about in those books but now how do I apply all this to my own life? How is this knowledge brought to life and how do I truly translate it into my feelings and actions on Earth? These questions can haunt you and lead you to despair, but you cannot force life. However, at some point something will happen in your life that will help you make the leap from head to heart. It is often some kind of crisis. Changes can occur in the area of work, relationships, health or the loss of a loved one. Whatever it is, at a certain moment feelings will arise within you that will be so intense that they cannot be ignored. You have to accept them and allow the transformation to take place. This is when your soul embodies more deeply within your heart.

In the beginning your soul had descended to your head, inspiring them to assimilate new ideas through books, talks, and so on. Then the soul knocks at your door on a deeper level, the level of feelings. You will know layers of emotions that you never knew existed before. Crises stimulate this; they will make old childhood emotions come to the surface, maybe even memories of other lives. You will explore these layers of emotions and this is how the center of the heart opens. Your soul embodies even more deeply, filling the heart chakra with its energy.

The transformation that takes place at that stage can give rise to several complications. You begin to look at the world with other eyes and your relationships with others also change. Inside, the awareness of unity awakens. Unity consciousness means that you understand that all of us, men, animals, plants, nature, are all held together by a divine force, and that we are united with each other, each as a mirror of the other. This awareness can be overwhelming and for many of you the change from head to heart generates great inner sensitivity. This high sensitivity can create imbalances. The boundaries with others are erased, you can assimilate a lot of the emotional component of other people without knowing how to release it and your moods can go from very high to very low. However, the jump from head to heart, although essential and powerful, is not the last stage in the incarnation of the soul. The soul wants to descend even deeper, into the belly.

When the soul has descended to the level of your heart, you have partially awakened. They are aware of their feelings, dare to observe their emotions, are prepared to go inward and face their internal wounds. But you also feel weakened by your high sensitivity and the instability that arises due to this. Because your heart is so full of feelings, at times you lose your roots, and this can be difficult. This happens to many of you. When the heart center is radically open, your sensitivity may become too much for you and you may want to depart from the world. You will no longer express yourself more creatively because everything is too much and too overwhelming. This can make them feel anxious and exhausted.

The answer to this problem is not to go back to your head. The answer is in your belly. You are ready for the next step in the process of the incarnation of the soul: the transition from the heart to the belly. The soul wants to flow even more deeply into your body. In the center of your abdomen there is a space or point of silence. Go there with your consciousness now while I speak. In that space there is no language, no thought, no concepts. You can hear the whisper of the leaves in the wind or the sound of the beating of the waves. These sounds can help you become aware of the silence in that center.

On this level your spiritual knowledge and feeling becomes instinctive, or as one might call it, a second nature. There is no need to think or even feel. A deep knowledge is present from which you act and life flows to you easily. Your soul has then become its nature, has descended to the level of instinctive consciousness. This gives them the balance they need! You can remain focused and calm in the middle of a demanding and turbulent environment. Your feelings center (your heart) wants to connect with your belly, so that you are truly ingrained and so that you feel safe on Earth.

Let's visit that place in his belly now. They trust that it is there. Tell your soul that you are welcome there. Allow your soul to flow from your head, inspiring your thoughts, to your heart, radiating love and kindness, to your belly, giving you confidence, self-esteem, a deep inner knowledge that you are who you are and that They are beautiful as they are. Feel your abdomen opening to you. Feel how the golden light of your soul flows down to your root chakra and connects with me, the Earth. Go deep inside. Be the center of silence and know that from there your high sensitivity will be balanced with peace and tranquility. In this balanced state, you will know how to put limits around your feelings. You will know when to open and when to keep distance, staying closed to yourself. You determine when to say s and when to say no, when to connect and when to release. The key is in your belly.

To help you connect with this center, I suggest you imagine an animal that represents the inner power that resides in your abdomen. Take the first animal that comes to your mind. Remember, animals are very spontaneous creatures, they live from their instincts, their natural reflexes. This animal reflects its instinctive inner knowledge. It's already there. He is waiting for you. They don't need to create it, they just need to see it and recognize it. Invite this animal to approach you, say hello and look it in the eyes. Now ask him if he has a message for you, to help you descend deeper into your womb.

Let the animal talk. The animal embodies the wisdom of the instinctive and you can receive that wisdom, because you have a head and a heart. You can feel and articulate that wisdom. That is the beauty of cooperation between the head, the heart and the belly. None of them is better or better than the other. Rather, it is their balanced cooperation that makes them total and complete. Your head can give you a lot of pleasure. Thinking can be useful and fun. It gives them the opportunity to communicate with others, while providing a common language. The heart offers the possibility of experiencing joy and the full range of human emotions that life comprises. It is a beautiful gift. The belly gives you your foundation, your yo, if that is the right word. It really allows you to be firm and entrenched, drawing your own limits and using your discernment. From this base, the interaction with your heart and your head becomes a joyful game. If these three layers are aligned with each other, you feel complete, and life on Earth is worth living. It can be full of inspiration, love and happiness. You can surrender to what excites and inspires you, while at the same time you do not lose your bases, your inner point of silence. You can stay close to yourself, and at the same time freely give and receive what life offers you.

Greeting. My love and compassion is always close to you. I am playing this game together with you and I am part of it. You as human beings are beautiful and rich. Have faith in the beauty and power of the instruments available to you, the instruments of thinking, feeling and being.

I love them.
