The energy is inside you

Surely you have wonderful perspectives for your life, you want to realize your dreams, form a happy family, move up in your career or travel the world. All these objectives are great and to be able to project and carry them out is the best thing you can do to live a full and happy life.

But a fundamental ingredient that you need to be able to start putting your life in motion towards those dreams is energy, a fabulous energy that allows you to get up every day with the desire to turn your dreams into reality .

If you usually feel tired or unwilling to do anything, you are neglecting your great potential, you are so exhausted that you just want to rest and you don't feel you can do anything else. You know that has to change but you don't know where to start .

The energy is inside you

Kris Carr *, American health and welfare guru, explains that it is not about getting more energy, but about discovering innate energy and well-being What do you have inside of you? You have large reserves of energy waiting for you to express it.

To begin with, there is a factor that many times we do not pay attention to but that is fundamental and is the relationship with ourselves, the most important relationship in life! You need to tell yourself that you can achieve it, that you can feel again wanting to do everything you want, you have to show yourself love and appreciation, tell yourself positive words and know that you are capable of doing what you set out to do. In this case you have to propose to release the energy that is inside you.

The 4 steps to recover your energy

# 1 Manage Stress : How many times have you heard that stress causes physical and mental illnesses and discomforts! Surely thousands of times, it is the big problem today . Y yes, you must do something to reduce it. The best palliatives are meditation and conscious breathing . We have already talked about meditation in previous articles. As for breathing, I suggest you try the following exercise: slowly inspire by counting to 5 and then release the air through your mouth for another 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times or as many times as you feel your body needs. It will help you calm your mind and manage stress.

# 2 Move the body : surely you will be thinking that you have no energy to perform any exercise, but guess what? If you don't move your body, the energy will not appear. First you must make the effort to start and once you exercise, you will release serotononin, the hormone responsible for the sensation of clamor, and endorphins, the substance that makes us feel happiness, joy and even euphoria!

Try exercises that have fun: dancing, doing a yoga class or riding a bike are perfect options.

# 3 Healthy intestine : 60% of the immune system lives in the intestines, therefore, having healthy intestines means having greater resistance to infections, colds, and chronic diseases. It also affects good mood!

Adding vegetables to food is a way to start producing healthy intestinal flora. To reduce inflammation, white flour, white sugar and dairy should be replaced with legumes, whole grains, vegetables and fruits.

Also remember to drink WATER, not sodas or artificial juices, but simple H2O water, the best way to cleanse and hydrate the body.

# 4 Don't look for perfection, enjoy!

Allow yourself some indulgence, but be the exception, a glass of wine or a dessert on the weekend, will make you enjoy those little things in life.

Think for a moment, of all these factors: diet, exercise, meditation, sleep and stress reduction. Which do you think is more important?… Kris Carr gives you a clue “It's the one you're not doing”.
