Prayer to Receive Help from the Rafael Raphael Angel, the Angel of the Curation
Holy Archangel Raphael and patron saint of healing, I thank God for having endowed you with compassion for people who fight physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Please, today in prayer I turn to you, and I beg you to heal the wounds of my soul and my body .
Archangel Raphael, as a messenger of God, gives me the power of God when I pray, allowing me to free myself from the burdens that hinder my good health and develop healthy habits that will renew me as a breath of fresh air.
Physically, help me take good care of my body, guiding me to eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, get enough sleep and manage stress well.
Help me recover from illnesses and injuries in my body, as completely as you can, yes, according to God's will .
Mentally, give me the clarity I need to evaluate my thoughts and feelings in the light of God's perspective, so that I can discern what is really true about myself, other people and God.
Help me focus my mind on positive and healthy thoughts instead of negative and unhealthy thoughts .
Change my thinking patterns so as not to get caught up in any kind of addiction, I want to make my relationship with God my highest priority, and focus all my brothers and all that I am on this wonderful and exciting Project.
Teach me to concentrate well on what matters most, instead of being distracted by what is not really important in life.
Emotionally, release God 's healing for my pain, so that I can find the peace I need and for which I have fought so much.
I urge you to confess the difficult feelings to God with which I struggle, such as anger, anxiety, bitterness, envy, insecurity, loneliness and lust, so that I can access God's help to respond to those feelings in a healthy way.
Comfort me when I am dealing with the pain that has resulted from other people who have hurt me, such as betrayal; the pain that has entered my life through a loss, or when I am dealing with a disease that torments my emotions (think of each of the diseases that have tormented you)
Spiritually, inspire me to develop healthy habits that strengthen my faith in God, such as reading the sacred texts of my religion, praying, meditating, participating in worship services and serving people in need when God guides me to do so.
Help me get rid of impure habits in my life (such as watching pornography, telling lies or gossiping about others) so as not to open spiritual portals so that evil comes and damages my health or the health of other people.
Teach me what I need to do to grow in purity and be more like the person God wants me to be .
May your concern, Saint Archangel Raphael, for all God's creation on Earth, including people, animals and plants, inspire me to do my part to take good care of others and the environment on this wonderful planet that God has created. .
Show me how God wants me to communicate with compassion to those who are suffering to help bring healing to their lives.
Whenever someone in my circle of family and friends is suffering, call me and show me specific ways in which I can help you relieve your pain .
If I have a job anywhere in the health care industry, help me do my best to help heal others with every opportunity that comes my way.
Teach me to take good care of the pets I have (from dogs and cats to birds and horses) and respect the dignity of each animal I encounter.
Encourage me to protect the Earth's natural resources, and show me how I can make daily decisions that help the environment, such as recycling and conserving energy.
