Although the blockages are real, and we go through them, the simple act of thinking that we are blocked is what we usually block . Above all because, when someone is really blocked, they don't know what to say or what happens to them, but let's see it - see it:

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLOCKED AND FEEL BLOCKED

When we are really blocked we rarely realize that we are blocked . Instead, what we do perceive is that :

-We feel scattered.

-We have a hard time concentrating because we seem to be with the blank board.

-We do not know how to describe what happens to us because we also do not record what is happening to us.

-We have no energy and / or vitality to move.

When we believe that we are blocked (not being blocked), we do the opposite :

-We think mogollón. We don't stop thinking and going around mentally. If the blocked ones have the blank board, those who believe they are locked - without being left - leave the board blank.

-We spin on ourselves. Repeatedly. We don't get anywhere but stop? We do not stop. We try everything, or - at least ... - we pull known resources.

-We can describe with total and absolute precision how we feel and even where the blockage is !!!!

-We have enough energy to declare that we are in blocking mode. Or very blocked, depending on the case.

Now, seeing the seen and reviewing the previous point, are you really blocked or are you blocking ? (Without knowing it, of course).

WHEN WE ARE REALLY BLOCKED

When we are really blocked, that we do not go forward or backward because we are still-standing, the solution is to seek help to start taking the first steps .

It doesn't matter if the help comes from a therapist or someone you trust but ... it is very difficult to eliminate the blockage of the blockage without an external push.

Because the lock is like a device that leaves us suspended . If there is no one to click producing the first movement ... it is hard to get out of there.

Instead…

WHEN WE BELIEVE TO BE BLOCKED BUT WE ARE NOT PRECIALLY BLOCKED

The solution is in stop . In stopping to be able to observe what really happens to us . And avoid being really trapped .

Generally, and here it depends a lot on each one, when we think we are blocked but we are not, what happens is that we feel uncomfortable .

Either because the situation is taking us beyond the limit, it is because things are not as we really want - we hope. It is because reality clashes with our expectations. No matter, the issue is that there is a discordant element that bothers us .

The good news, especially if you are not blocked, is that you can invest your energy in overcoming that situation-emotion, because there is no blockage that prevents you from acting .

THE COTTON TEST

As you may not believe me just by reading me, I am going to propose an exercise that will help you realize the importance of our perception in the resolution of our conflicts .

EXERCISE:

Write the word LOCK on one piece of paper and the word INCOMODITY on another piece of paper. Turn the leaves, so as not to see the content, and you see putting one on top of the other - as if you shuffled them - so as not to know to which leaf each word corresponds.

Once you've dizzy the leaves for a while ... put them on the floor or in a chair.

Take several deep breaths ... and choose one of the papers to put on it.

When you have put on or sat on that paper, feel what it puts on the paper. Without seeing it. Simply feel.

Feel until you think you have identified the emotion written in your whole body.

Once you think you have the answer: get out of the paper where you entered, breathe and ...

Prepare to do the same with the other role-emotion.

Do the same with the other paper.

Repeat as many times as necessary, that does not matter. The important thing is that you realize that:

THERE IS NO ACTIVE LOCK OR STATIC INCOMODITY

If you have done the exercise in full concentration, on the block you will have felt: still. Even passive ... distracted. Quite the opposite of what happens with the word discomfort, right?

Because the discomfort, if recognized by something, is the immediate impulse of movement . We may not be able to recognize the exit but we cannot be still. At least, we don't want to stand right there.

THE SUBJECT IS THAT ...

If you feel uncomfortable in the current situation and you repeat that you have blocked (or that you are blocked), the only thing you get is to really block yourself and impose that place . And there we have bundled it because ...

And we don't block because we are blocked… we are so blocked from telling ourselves that we are blocked .
