TAROT COURSE
Tarot is a tool that can awaken our intuitive faculties and get in touch with our inner world. The tarot images and their symbols establish a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind. That is the true end of Tarot: self-knowledge to live better and improve ourselves.

PERSONAL GROWTH WORKSHOP
Workshops where through group exercises, conscious breathing techniques and reiki we will help you heal all the accumulated pain and allow you to walk more freely. FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP

TEC: CREATIVE EXPRESSIVE WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN - FREE
(contribution of € 3 for material)
It is a very dynamic workshop where children will be prepared to live better knowing their creative and mental abilities. Activities such as physical exercise, cooperative games, mandala painting and relaxation exercises are carried out. The groups are small (max. 12 children) with ages between 4 and 10 years.

AUTOMASSAGE, STRETCHING AND RELAXATION WORKSHOP
Very practical workshop where you will learn to breathe, to become aware of our body, to stretch safely, attending to each particular case, to give yourself a back, feet, legs, shoulders, hands, face massage ... We will help each other with tools such as balls of tennis or semi-soft. Recommended for everyone, and especially for people with fibromyalgia
