We all have premonitory dreams, by Edna Wend-Erdel

We all have premonitory dreams. I wake up with the cry of my two-year-old girl. His face is very red, he is burning with fever. I know that what you have is serious, so we must take it immediately to the doctor. But I also know that everything will be fine. A dream has just told me.

In the dream I am in the middle of the remains of a plane that has just crashed, I see many dead people around me. Others, crying desperately. On the other hand, I stand up with my little girl in my arms resting on my hip, while I talk on a cell phone, communicating to someone that we have saved unharmed. Even without opening my eyes, with that expanded consciousness that is experienced in the dream state, I understand that the dream means: something very dangerous is going to happen, something for which Many people lose their lives, but don't worry: you and your daughter will be unharmed.

The doctor looks at me worried in his office, something that scares me, because I had never seen him like this in the face of some illness of my daughter. He tells me that he has pneumonitis and that in this case he is very careful. I see the fear in his eyes. He gives me all the necessary indications and even encourages me to call him on his cell phone in case of any problem with my girl, at any time. But I remember my dream. He doesn't know, but I do: my daughter will be fine.

And so it was, everything went very well. And how not: a dream told me.

You have a special ability, my friends tell me, they tell you everything in your dreams. But it is you too! All the time! You just have to open that channel, give your dreams their real importance, write them down and learn to work with them.

How many times do you not seek advice, a guide for your daily life? And what are you doing? You ask someone who supposedly knows more than you. You read a book, maybe you ask for advice to the letters, you will see a seer or just consult with someone you think is wiser or more informed than you.

And all of that is fine, but you may want to learn to ask yourself and find those answers that no one else can give you. Why? Because your dreams come from within you, from a part of you that knows you fully, that knows about your fears, about your insecurities, that knows your story; That knows your joys and your greatest desires. And more than anything, from a part of you intimately connected with your spirit, which has the capacity not only to see your past, but to glimpse your future potentials. Hence the premonitory dreams.

And what are potential futures?

Our current belief system, our thoughts, but most of all, the emotions that surround those thoughts - our fears, our desires, our passion - are what create, moment by moment, our immediate future. Accordingly, at every moment we have potential futures in front of us, which we are always in a position to modify if we change the beliefs, thoughts and emotions behind us. At all times we have the possibility to choose what we create, it is just that we are not constantly aware of that capacity. That part of us that speaks to us through dreams sees those potentials, communicates with our spirit and offers us a new vision and, with it, the ability to choose again.

That sage that we carry within us looks at our life from a privileged position and gives us the vision of our most likely future potential. Maybe we want to modify it or maybe not. It is possible that this aspect of ours only wants to calm down and tell us, as in my dream, "everything will be fine."

In any case, how can we not access this powerful advisor that we carry within us if that possibility is always within our reach?

Your dreams are talking to you. It is up to you to learn to decipher your message.
