For a few months now, the energies have been playing up and down with our bodies, whether physical, mental or emotional. Maybe it's what we create, maybe not. Perhaps that is what we agreed to, or not, all are assumptions or beliefs that from another part of the One we are `` learned '' and accept or not to take them for certain.
What is certain is that most of those I know traveling the different paths of self-awareness we experience days of overwhelming energy, in which we cannot stop and do not know how to take it out. in a harmonious way , without a bad mood, without anger or anger and others in which we feel overwhelmed, tired, without strength, and even without being able to glimpse it for what to continue and how in the duality that becomes each heavier time.
I don't know the cause. From outside innumerable voices rise telling us what each one will do, each one will have to consider what the activities are or not to make them feel better at the moment they experience.
From my inside I perceive that it is true that innumerable changes shake both the Earth and us, its passengers - I live it in flesh and own emotion at every moment, and also when they write to me asking me guide or spiritual help.
In the face of all this ... I can only love every way of life that is One with me in the All.
Go inside for what you need ... is what I always approach, with sincerity ... No one and we are all teachers. No one and we are all learners ... and in that paradox that depends on the level at which we stand, we all have the energies of others, going inside and connecting in the ONE ... in the divine matrix in which we are a single Anima or Soul, fragmented to experience, ONLY ONE FIRE in the Spirit in which we live, move and have the Being.
What could I teach them, other than a reminder? What could I anticipate if I am in the same wind of change, without knowing anything humanly, but trusting that each movement is orchestrated by something much bigger than is ONE, OMNISAPIENT AND OMNIPRESENT LIFE?
I can only convey to you that in this everyday game I have chosen to hold on and release at the same time.
Hold on to the REAL ... to the eternal that is in me and in EVERYTHING ... so as not to succumb to the temptation to believe myself human, small, fleeting and vulnerable.
Let go of the vision of the ego that justly emphasizes that vulnerability and smallness ... let go of the predicted, the preconceived, the believed, the accepted without opening the heart, the logical, the limiting, the fleeting, what is an unreal game maybe, but that it was necessary and maybe it still is ... EVERYTHING OBEYS TO THE LAW OF EVOLUTIONARY NEED.
I do not know if that is your way ... you read me and I know that you have a wound that does not heal, a loved one leaving, a son on the verge of suicide, a cancer, a depression or a sense of sadness and helplessness ... and another that reads He has a new son or grandson, a flourishing love, an inexplicable joy, a productive garden, a dream trip, a vision of Light ...
Whatever your experience ... THIS WILL ALSO HAPPEN ... do not cling to the situation ... let go of what is not REAL ... if you can, and if you cannot, LOOSE THE NEED TO RELEASE ... that will also hurt you.
Just accept ... the wind of change, pain, joy, LIFE ... that passes and touches us in a thousand ways so that we learn what to hold on to and what to let go ... WITHOUT IMPOSITIONS
WITH INFINITY LOVE.

WITH COMPASSION
