the fear of death

Cremation

What is immortality?

BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP

The name is a facility to act in the outside world; otherwise it makes no sense. Let's consciously peel the name tag. We were left alone and naked! Naked because nothing surrounds us. In this sense it is said that the Initiate is a "naked being." There is a hidden statement, mistakenly understood in the West, that says: "Let us remain naked in sleep." The Western took the exoteric meaning and sleeps exoterically naked.
To be naked, to be alone as an individual Soul. Arrived in this state we have no name, no thought, no body. Let us consciously integrate with the Universal Soul and wait. So we fell asleep.
d) Remember that we are the Soul.
When we carry out this procedure every day before going to sleep, when we wake up, the first thing we remember is that we are the individualized Soul. Then we will remember our name, as the first circumscription, we remember the thoughts related to our work and we compose our body to perform the actions throughout the day.
Benefits:
After 5 years it helps us to get the art of letting go, after 10 or 12 years we can master this art. This practice leads one to realize what the art of dying is. It takes the uninitiated into states of consciousness of the initiate. It allows us to free ourselves from the clinging we are to the body, emotions and thoughts. This liberation provides us with relief and peace. This situation of relief and peace provides us with health.

Explanation:
"The Lord of Three Eyes" represents the Lord who permeates the 3 states of consciousness in us.
The left eye represents the view; The right eye represents wisdom. The Third Eye represents the vision.
The one in which the three eyes work is beyond death.
Siva the Lord, Lord of Will, is invoked through this hymn to grant us immortality by freeing us from death.
The three eyes also correspond to: Intelligent Activity, Love-Wisdom and Will.
One has to meditate on the three eyes in relation to the three Logos and their qualities.
It is recommended that this mantram be contemplated in the Ajña Center displaying the Light.
The three eyes (the three lights) are the cause of the three worlds. Man is conditioned by these three worlds.
Contemplation in the three lights must produce the necessary transformation to free itself from conditioning.
Being in the world but not being conditioned by the world is a master. This mantram proposes that state of liberation.
Man is conditioned by what he has physically, emotionally and mentally.
- He physically owns items, things, properties, bank accounts.
-Emotionally owns the people of your choice, such as family, friends, acquaintances, etc. He possesses others also through negative emotions such as hate, dislike, discord, envy, malice, etc.
-Mentally has its own ideas of right and wrong about the various aspects of life.
Until one gets rid of these possessions, he will not be free and will be like a green fruit stuck to the bush (or the tree)
This mantram is a prayer to free yourself from the triple body and yet remain with it for goodwill purposes, so that when the purpose of life has been fulfilled, a conscious departure can be made, which is called: "Transcend death."
It is recommended that this mantram be pronounced 3, 11, or 33 times.
The purpose of this mantram is to seek the transcendence of death or Mrityunjaya
Suggestions to help those in the process we call death.
Visit people who are sick, bring them flowers, exchange a pleasant and comforting talk, ensure their comfort, if you are not well or are uncomfortable, we invoke the blue color a lot and transmit that blue color to its center Aj to (frown) and gradually fall asleep.
Mentally sing the Mantram OM NAMO NARAYA NAYA. This greatly helps to invoke the blue color and fill the room in which that blue person is. Make sure that it is transmitted through the Ajī a center to the heart. We also make sure we have contact with the soul of the person and not with the personality. We do not feel about them a worldly relationship like the one we usually have, but we feel that they are a soul like us.
