Things necessary for this meditation
- 1 pink or white quartz
- 1 cup with water
- Incense aroma that you like most
- 1 pink candle
- Comfortable clothes
- Relaxation music (optional)
Process
Place yourself in a comfortable position and start inhaling and exhaling until you feel that you are totally relaxed and very calm.
We visualize a column of light in front of us that descends from the sky and we see its light and we begin to inhale the light of the column that enters through our nostrils and begins to fill every part of our organism with light everything shines within us and transmits that glow outward we shine and see the light we emanate
Visualize now how in the column of light you draw a large golden door that opens to invite you to go inside it slowly enter it and for a few moments you see the light that is inside it is so bright and beautiful, then that light will give way to a beautiful place where nature expresses its life and its happiness.
Perceive the joy .. Now watch the Red flame shine ... it is the essence of the Archangel Anael that manifests itself ... love as a couple ... the connection between two beings that merge in body and soul ... the vibration of the souls that meet again to share a life and create life ... you see how the flames shine and you perceive in you the LOVE that each one represents ...
Extend your hands now you will receive a gift from them ... on the palm of your hands you will receive a beautiful glowing white sphere ...
