Excerpt: "A Faithful Look at the Ideal of Evolution and Human Perfection, which Secret Science Describes"
… .. The goal of Aquarian energy is the evolution of humanity as a whole. This does not allow separative and separate progress. Personal progress must be sacrificed on the altar of collective progress. As much as one evolves, one should think and act to help the progress of those around him. This is why all the emphasis has changed to serve the less fortunate, the weak, the disabled, the poor and the innocent. A charitable disposition towards the youngest members of society and a comprehensive consideration of their pressing situation is important. Otherwise, progressives are detained by the chains of those who are not advancing.
The human conscience is one. Therefore, this human consciousness needs to move fully forward, and not in small parts or fragments. The entire human consciousness is becoming more convenient, it is changing to improve. As in the body, the problem in a limb prevents the activity of man. When a part of society is stuck, humanity as a whole is too. This can be seen only from the point of synthesis. In a large machine, if a part is ineffective and inoperative, the entire machine stops. If a link fails in a chain, the chain cannot move. You can see it on your bicycle, if the chain is broken, the bicycle cannot move. So the human chain needs to move as a whole. Only seers can see this. They therefore strive for the evolution of humanity as a whole.
Mrs. Blavatsky acquired this dimension in the presence of the Hierarchy. She realized that the Hierarchy is working for the progress of all mankind, without bias towards the east or the west. This inspires those who are trained to help the weak. When the powerful offer their help to the weak, everything progresses together, otherwise, the strong also get stuck along with the weak.
Lord Maitreya and Lord Buddha undertook the plan for the evolution and perfection of humanity as a whole. Lord Maitreya was the first and later was followed by Buddha. The great lords were offered to move to the upper circles because of the alignment they achieved with the Divine. They could easily have moved to the upper circles. These opened for them. The two respectfully and kindly refused to penetrate the high spheres and remained on the threshold. They were considered to remain on the threshold so as to keep it open so that humanity could move through it. They decided to return, inspire beings and allow them to move forward. His work is allowing human evolution. They keep their faithful eyes on this. For this purpose the groups of enlightened people gather around Him. This is how the Hierarchy is constituted from the beginning of the Kali Yuga. The Hierarchy consists of four layers of workers. A level works in the physical plane. Another level works in the subtle plane. The third works on the mental plane. And the fourth works on the medical plane, presided over by the adepts, who are on the plane of bliss. Hierarchical work is simultaneous in all planes. From the most insignificant related to the Hierarchy, to the highest, all have a purpose, to allow the progress of all human beings. If humans progress, the other kingdoms also progress. They are guided by nature, while humans are guided by the Hierarchy. This step is the last of the Golden Stairs and in order to do this better, an ordinary human being is recommended to develop the preceding Staircase in it.
The Lady who delivered this Golden Ladder is a member of the Hierarchy. Through it a great work began in the 19th century, which is now bearing fruit. It will bear much more fruit in the 21st century, helping humanity to follow the necessary direction. The evolution of human beings has moved in huge strides, through science with the advent of the Aquarian Era. Eventually the impact of Aquarius and Uranus (the planetary energies that preside) also allow a faster transformation of humans. May the Plan prevail, may the good prevail, may humans progress as the Plan wishes.
