I am Kryon, the magnificent light, your friend, companion. I greet you with the magnificent energy of love and with the tones of OMAR TA SATT. The angels have gathered here in this space. The Angel Human Beings and the Angels have also gathered beyond the veil. They are sitting at your feet to keep you, to manifest their love, to touch you and make you feel: We are with you, in each moment and with each breath.

The Happiness party is celebrated, behind every word, behind every message, even every smile there is an energy that elevates you and prepares you for the many gifts you receive. And as the great soul Buddha has already transmitted: your soul wishes to integrate happiness, because it is your state of origin. But Duality often makes you forget this. Especially now in these times of change.

A preparation is being carried out on you by Kryon and the Supreme Lights so that you can integrate Happiness into their currents, into their radiation force. This will expand your spiritual wheel and add in the frequency with a higher tone. Now inhale the breath of God, SOL´A´VANA within you.

Immerse yourself and feel your divine light. Expand with each breath, like a sun, radiant, which transmits heat. And while you do this, the Supreme Lights will connect you to the Earth in all its planes. And while your spiritual wheel is expanded and prepared, Kryon will send you messages about the New Time and the Earth's Energy Changes.

In linear time you have heard so many messages about the Changes, about the earthly movements, about the summit of the Ascension, about the Adaptation Phase. You have been prepared so well and you will continue to be prepared, just as we prepare for this great event. You have always been transmitted the messages that many structures will collapse abroad, that what Human Beings see as safe in their daily lives, that security will collapse. And this happens more and more frequently. The transformations are increasingly intense.

In a moment of linear time the energy of SHADEES was brought to Earth, when your planet was in danger. SHADEES are the tones of your and our universe and they connect forming a force of radiation and flow through the veil within the Duality. And of course it has consequences. Consequences that accelerate the changes. Many human beings are afraid of what is going to happen. But for now stay with yourself.

Because SHADEES also influences you, because you are so connected to Lady Gaia. And SHADEES is a transformative energy that wants to transform many recorded thoughts not only of this incarnation. And many Human Beings consider this as wear and tear. But you have heard the words of the great soul Buddha. Your soul wants to follow the strongest thought.

And many Human Beings feel very deeply their divinity in this time of change, they feel their much more intense capacities, their spirituality, the progress towards the path they have chosen. But on the other hand the energy of SHADEES transformation is so strong that doubts occur in the mental part and many thought models are re-formed before they can be released and can be transformed.

This leads to Human Beings in a deep internal break. Sometimes they even feel chaos within themselves. And the easiest way for many Human Beings is to transmit it to other Human Beings when they feel this, and do not look at themselves, but blame others. But the highest form of spirituality is that you remain in yourself and find out the models of thoughts that have to be transformed by SHADEES.

If you assume this responsibility for yourself, the mental part immediately calms down. The mind withdraws and the soul appears and connects with your aspects and shows you your true greatness. The changes cannot be stopped. Whoever wants to avoid changes in himself or in humanity or on the planet, hinders the flow of energy. Because only through the changes will the peak of the Ascension be produced. And Human Beings, especially spiritual and conscious Human Beings, should feel that changes are necessary. You can see it abroad everywhere.

In linear time a lot of SHADEES energy has been brought to Earth. Lady Gaia has asked for this herself. This means that it has been a natural process. We call it the first stage. So many things have changed in this change of vibration. And many Human Beings have been able to verify how energy has changed abroad. Perhaps they have been small changes for you, but it is very important to recognize these small changes. Many of you have felt that nature has changed its colors.

That the energy was much lighter. There have been many appearances in heaven. But the essential thing has been and is that in this way the access to these Supreme Lights is much faster and intensely remarkable. Lady Gaia has experienced a lot of vibration and expansion in her ground grid. In many areas there has been an awakening process. And many of you have contributed to making this possible.

There have been many calls, along with your original tones, to send Crystals to certain areas. If you could have seen the joy that existed beyond the veil, the fact of being able to observe you in this act, what it has meant for Lady Gaia, the enormous force that has formed. A unification that could not be deeper and narrower in its union. So many Human Beings were willing to leave behind their own needs to be there for Lady Gaia in those days and nights. This has touched us deeply.

At this moment Lady Gaia's grid is vibrating very high and we are waiting for the second stage in a short time, this will be much more intense than the first. That is why it is important that you deeply anchor in your soul all the gifts you receive at this time. You feel nostalgia. And this nostalgia gives you the strength to work for Human Beings. It is a moment of silence, because in these moments millions of angels sing for you in the most beautiful tones. Because you often can't imagine how much each one of you does and is willing with confidence and intention.

Again a new energy has been brought to Earth that is very important and relevant. It is the energy of „SHIMAA“, the „Light of the Soul“ that is anchored in the Star Tetrahedron of Jesus to manifest his arrival. When the second stage of the Ascension is carried out, shortly after the third and fourth stage will occur, these will be the Summit Point of the Ascension. Then you will be in the Adaptation Phase.
