Signs of Transformation 10:

Earth Element

Taurus is the first zodiac land sign and represents physical matter. The bull is the symbol of fertilization, where the sun's fertilizing energy spills its rays and stimulates the earth's matter, so that it gives birth to its flowering splendor. On the full moon of Taurus, the spiritual hierarchy transmits the annual impulse received in Aries to his disciples, so that they can express the divine plan with renewed energy. Taurus represents the task of giving an idea a concrete and material form. The theme of this month's Lunar Messenger is, therefore, "Signs of transformation 10: the Element of Earth."

The Physical Bodies

The planets that Astronomy explores are the physical bodies of the planetary rulers of our solar system. They are large conscious entities, different from planetary bodies, although they reside in planetary balloons and exert their influence from there. On the soul level they are a single life that appears as the different planets and that forms in them the multiple atoms of the treated matter. We cannot identify them without their physical body. This is also true for us. The existence of a man is only known to us through the symbol of the physical body. Without this symbol it is only a set of intelligences that we call Devas or angels, but that we cannot see with our eyes. The physical body is necessary; Matter gives form and stability. The spirit of the earth preserves the atomic structure of all forms, including that of our body. Its influence maintains the structure of the earth for millions of years.

The earth gives the forms of the beings that live in it and takes them again; We know this as the incarnation and disembodiment of souls. Thus, in the incarnation our physical body is formed around us from the matter of the earth. The substance of the 5 elements used for it is temporarily isolated from the earth. After a while, gather the elements again. It is not correct to say that we are made of earth and that we will return to it. The body is made up of the five elements of the earth. We, as souls, come from the stars and have our origin in the spirit. The spirit in us is the center of consciousness; It represents the spiritual sun that is always invisible. The visible sun is only a focal point for the impact of the spiritual Sun. Our mind plays the role of the Moon and personifies the lunar principle (reflector). It receives the immanent spiritual spark and reflects it as thought, word and action in the world of matter. The substance of our body represents the earth. Thus, the solar principle, the lunar and the material live in our triple existence symbolized by the sun, the moon and the earth.

The earth is evolving in the same way as human beings. The evolutionary karma of the body of the earth also determines our expression of life. The earth is not yet a pure planet. Its elements still contain many imperfections and diseases that also cause disharmony, weaknesses and finally illness in us. In addition we contribute to the deterioration by exploitation of the substance of the earth and by spoiling it with all kinds of chemical products. This comes back to us in the form of environmental disasters or chemically contaminated food. We reap what we sow.

Matter Density Levels

We borrow the food we give the body from the earth. The quality of our food influences the quality of body tissues. Heavy and excess foods bring inertia to the body and can lead to health complications. Dense matter condenses all the elements of the body and pulls us down; it becomes increasingly difficult for us to receive the Light. The muladhara or base center regulates the matter of our body. Build the form of our material existence from the original matter called Mula Prakriti in the East. The five elements of nature are only differences in the state of the primordial matter. The five states: space / ether, gas, fire, liquid and solid are forms of expression of five cosmic Devas through whose work creation can descend to objectivity. According to the law of correspondences we can understand the formation of matter when we observe the growth of the body of the soul in the mother's womb. Here we see the formation of matter in all its nuances, from the subtlest to the densest plane. The densest tissues formed in our body are the bones. The most subtle tissues are the eyes; They are transparent and can transmit light. The more evolved a person is, the more radiant and magnetic. Therefore, the eyes represent the sun. The bones are solid and give stability; They correspond to the Saturn principle. The earth also has matter of the most diverse levels of density. We know from Scripture that in previous times creation and living beings were transparent. The Garden of Eden was transparent and solidified everything we see now, and human beings slowly developed "fur coats, " the dense physical form.

Now we are again on the upward path from the dense-physical; Matter becomes increasingly lighter and more etheric - not only through electronics and new materials. The substance of our body is also released from its heaviness and inertia thanks to the energy of Uranus. Those who return to the upper circles are called Anuras in the East. Anuras means beings without legs that can fly. This means that their energies are no longer directed downwards but flow upwards. In the age of Aquarius we will develop increasingly lighter and more transparent bodies and learn to counteract the gravitational attraction of the earth in order to fly. People of earlier ages have already demonstrated it and will become a reality of the future.

To make our body more subtle we have to develop a correct way of handling its substance and the substance of the earth, because the physical body comes from the elements of the earth. We have received the basis of our life and have benefited from it. That is why we have the obligation and we must develop an attitude of gratitude and veneration. Most people do not know that they have obligations to the Devas of light, minerals, plants and animals, the 5 elements and the senses, because they help us incessantly. We fulfill our obligations by treating them respectfully and keeping the land pure. We should not throw things carelessly everywhere but we have to take care of the elements of Mother Nature. Without this awareness we become more and more indebted to nature and tie ourselves further to matter.

The sense of smell

A pure life does not accumulate impurities around us. The impurity has a bad smell. The smell and smell organ, nose, are related to the earth element and dense physical matter. Without matter there is no smell. In each of the previous root races, a sense has developed. The sense of smell was acquired in the fifth root race, the current era.

A dog can smell a person intensely and so can a person with a good nose. Our diet influences body odor; It is better to avoid foods with a penetrating or stale smell if we want to develop a subtle perception. Many people smell bad, not only physically, but also because of the smell of their thoughts and emotions that are expressed through body odor. As long as we are in our dirt and there is no purity in our life, we cannot radiate positively, even if we get involved with spiritual concepts. We also say of some people that we can't stand their smell.

Purification through the wood of Sandalwood

Inner purity develops a more subtle perception; Thus, we can contemplate pure and holy things. Through purity, the soul develops a fragrance called Gandha in the East. Gandha means sandalwood. The seers realized that pure sandalwood brings with it a very pleasant development of the soul and maintains the pure environment. Therefore they applied sandalwood to the body and used sandalwood for each activity that has to do with the divine: rituals and especially for meditation. The sandalwood is used only to purify itself. It should not be used as a perfume.

Through their research they have found the effect of perfumes on humans. They have discovered essences with which men and women attract each other. These perfumes are widely used to intensify sensuality. We can see by observation what is the effect of a perfume on our thoughts.

When we carry it with us, a protective layer is formed in the subtle so that the negative forces cannot attack us so easily. Women are more receptive to such attacks than men. Therefore, it is good to carry sandalwood powder or incense on you.

The fragrance of sandalwood is a manifestation of the divine in the dense physical. It is said that there is a smell of sandalwood in the ethereal layers and that we can perceive it when a being from the subtle worlds visits us. The sandalwood helps open the doors.
