Talk about Discipleship by Parvathi Kumar

Best regards, brothers and sisters. Let's help by clarifying the doubts they may have on our path to the truth we call the Discipleship. Yesterday a person asked me which line of thought I belong to. I will briefly explain in fifteen minutes.

I belong to a line of thought that is related to the Hierarchy. My father was an initiate and when I was 10 he introduced me to see the conscience in everything inside and outside.

When I was 10 years old he informed me that God exists inside and outside of us and that God exists in all things, and as much as we want to see it, we will find it, that's what he told me one day at 10 in Night spot in the year 1955.

When he was reading the scriptures, I as a child was by his side. I asked him: what was he reading? He told me: It is about the work of the Hierarchy as the Holy Scripture explains. Then he gave me this instruction to see God in all ways, to develop myself.

He left his body when I was 22 years old, and when he was about to leave his body he was in full consciousness. He told me that he was going to leave and that we should continue with one conscience so that we were always on the path. That made a deep impression on me because for me my father was a person who had lived wisdom and was with wisdom, even when he was about to leave and he was not afraid of this death event. That was a very inspiring event for me in my life. He also sacrificed himself and served the people a lot, so he was my example, I followed his model. Thus I met a Master of wisdom that we call EK. When I met him, it was as if I had known him from previous years.

In one day, as a symbol of respect, we touched the feet of the elders, so I touched his feet as a sign of respect and told him that I would be happy to associate with him because he had had the same thought that I already had, so Master EK he told me "let's work together", and from then on we started working together.

In the life of my personality I am a business consultant and through that work of mine I help spiritual work and also help many business people to get in the way of service. So along with Master EK I carried out his work and among us there was such a total understanding that even Master EK came to live in the upper part of my house. We worked together for 14 years and it was a period of service and sacrifice, as well as a period of learning, the Master told me: “No Teacher teaches the disciple word for word. The disciple has to see and learn. In the hierarchical operation there is no such thing as feeding with the spoon in your mouth, you already have the inspiration that comes from your father. That's why continue and let's work together. ”

And in the light of the Master many occult sciences could be learned. I don't want to say that he taught me, but that his presence helped me learn many facets of wisdom, and as a result my utility for people began to grow.

Today through my business consultant office I do a lot of spiritual work, many businessmen have founded many charitable organizations and found inspiration through me. Spirituality is always associated with service, it is not a mere talk.

Talking can be done by many people, serving very few people can do it. So I applied myself to service and as a result there are about 30 or 40 free organizations that I advise and I am directly involved with 15 free organizations, associations that help the blind, the poor, the weak, physically or mentally handicapped, in addition to helping people find the path. Master EK founded an organization called: "The Master of the World, Maitreya, the Lord." We maintain or put our trust in the Lord, and then we begin to serve with his inspiration. Today, through this organization, we organize more than 50 free homeopathic clinics in the region where I live.

They treat 50, 000 patients every week free of charge, and we also organize schools for children and there are 8 schools for children in which they are given adequate food, we also work with the poor to find a proper aspiration in life and do not waste your emotions in a perverse way, we carry out activities for all ages. Rituals are carried out, valuation acts are carried out, meditations are held, talks are given, books are published, magazines are prepared, this in addition to the service activity in different ways.

We follow only one principle: that of not seeking help in the upper circles and trying to help people to the point where we can. The experience is that the more we have tried to help people, the more they have helped us.

Most of you have been wondering about these names of EK, EMN and CVV, I tell you: Master EK comes from the Second Ray Ashram, Master CVV is Master Jupiter, about which you can read when talking about the hills of the Nilagiris. In those Blue Mountains there is a great ashram, just as there is another ashram in the Himalayas. Master EK as it comes from the second Ray ashram was required to melt the energies of Master Jupiter, because Master Jupiter took upon himself the responsibility of distributing Aquarian energies on the planet, so that is the line through the which I work

On the one hand I work with the energies coming from the Hierarchy and on the other hand I work with the energies of the Aquarian Master, which come from the Master J piter. Through meditation the energies of the Aquarian Master are distributed, through service and teaching the work of the Hierarchy is done. With this I am not presuming or attributing to me that I come from the Hierarchy, I am only saying that everything that I have heard I try to put into practice, so that my I worked with Master EK for 21 years and then there came a time when Master EK had to leave his body, and 6 months before he left that body he told me that I also I would have to teach. Acting wisely is much easier than talking about her and much more for a person who has the power of Scorpio. My sun is in Scorpio and I always prefer to stay in the background and work for the Master. But 6 months before leaving his body he informed me that I, too, would have to teach, nobody knew he was going to leave. So when the whole group left, he wanted me to teach. But today we have in India 50 large groups and 30 smaller groups and all of them asked for wisdom to be taught, what the Master did EK

When the Master came to Europe he asked me to travel with him, that was in the year 82 and 83 and consequently when the Master left, the groups asked me to continue teaching When I told them, so the teacher's will prevailed and made me an educator, that is, I don't like teaching but I must do it. I teach because I am asked, this is how teaching takes place now and the service is carried out.

I believe that I am working with wisdom and the teaching of the Masters, but do not believe that the Masters come every day and tell me what to do. One gets the urge to do things and then one waits until others ask. Nowhere have I done anything for myself: I answer, I am asked to give an answer and I give it. I started this work in my life in 1982, I follow the Master's conscience, and I try to continue according to her.

I do not attribute myself or say that I am perfect, however I try to do everything I can by connecting myself through meditation, everything I have been teaching during these years was due To the personal experience that he lived from teaching. It is beautiful to see in how many dimensions wisdom exists. Wisdom comes to us when we are with the consciousness of the Master, we do not have to run after it, running after wisdom is like running after the shadows. If we run to the sun, you are the conscience and our shadows come behind, so the shadow of wisdom follows us if we are with the consciousness of the Master. But if we turn our backs on the consciousness of the Master or the truth and try to run after the truth, it is like turning our back on a Sun, and then trying to run to grab our shadow, so the more we run, the shadow is running later, and when it reaches the afternoon hours, the shadows become much longer, so the key to acquiring wisdom is to attract ourselves to the Master consciousness or in Universal consciousness.

The names are many but what we have to understand is that we have to anchor ourselves in the I Am and then wisdom is revealed to us. This is how astrology is revealed to us, this is how healing is revealed to us, healing through color and sound, healing through thinking and so many things that are revealed. But when they are revealed to us, one should not try to possess or cling to them, the only thing we have to cling to is the consciousness of the Master, so that according to time and according to place, wisdom works by itself. The beauty of the functioning of the Second Ray is that as far as possible one has to anchor in the consciousness of the Master. And the variety of Wisdom is nothing but the branches of the same tree, when we are with the tree, the branches are then with us. That is what we see in the life of the great initiates.

The great initiates did not read books and became initiates, we do not see anyone who after reading the books has become initiated, we see that most of the initiates were anchored in the truth and once they were anchored in the truth, the variety of branches of Wisdom manifested through them. That is the Wisdom of the Second Ray. So I am working with this way of seeing things little by little, without attributing anything of my own or personal, because for me the most important thing is what I do in the present, more than what things can become tomorrow, or than they were yesterday. Yesterday is over, so we have nothing to do with it now, the interesting thing is what has to be done in the present moment.

Living in the present and doing things in conscience is what I have learned as a student, I do not say that I have achieved it, but that I have only tried it, so this is the line of thought that I follow in life, thank you.

About Group Work

Meeting held in Barcelona

June 1, 1989 with P. Kumar

Kumar: Are there any special topics or questions you would like to ask?

Question to Kumar: How do you think group work should be developed?

Kumar's response: The first thing that has to be there is a clear idea of the work that has to be done and we have to know what we really want to do is the most important aspect; that is to say, to identify the work that we think to carry out and then the second step is that those who like the proposed work are constituted as a group; that is, do not take many jobs at the same time.

(Interruption of the explanation for the arrival of a partner. After greetings Kumar continues with the explanation)

We were talking about what is needed for a group that wants to start working and how to work. So the first thing is to know what work it is, what exactly we want to do, that has to be well defined and does not have to be diluted, diverted or misrepresented. Only people who like this definite work will remain in the group, if people are interested in other things and stay in the group they will dilute the will and there will be many more things in the group than the main work. Then the work has to be clearly defined first and then those who want to be members of the group, have to examine themselves if they completely like the work that has been proposed. If there is no total agreement and they are still in the group, they will not be able to fully dedicate themselves to the group and will introduce other things into the work, so defining the work and identifying with the group are the two main things.

Once we like the job entirely then we will feel like giving everything to that job, because only when we like what we are doing do we start living in it and for that; Then we give priority to the work we like. This is how the group can come together through this work; through common work people unite, and if the work is diluted the binding force is also diluted and people separate.

We have to recognize, then, what is the job that keeps us together; then to achieve a greater union between people there must be a greater job as well; that is to say, a deeper job and each member has to think "to what extent can I get even more into the job". Getting into work can be expressed by giving time or giving our energy or giving what we have more in terms of resources. This is how we have to dedicate ourselves to work, and the more we dedicate ourselves to that work, the more deeply we will experience his joy and joy while we are giving and the joy of living together. This is how one can realize the group; first with identification and then with dedication to work and then even if we are not physically in the group we have to carry the group conscience in ourselves.

Those of us who have learned in the group must try to show it outside when we are at work with society. Demonstrating it does not consist in talking about the group, but it refers to the qualities that we have assimilated in that group. All groups talk about brotherhood, love, talk about God, but when it comes to our work in daily life we have to see how much of this we can demonstrate at work. That is what is meant as maintaining group consciousness while we are working outside it.

For example: when I speak of brotherhood and I am sitting in my office giving consultations to whoever I am receiving, I must demonstrate these brotherhood qualities, this is the way in which the fraternity and the qualities of the group can be expanded to the society. And this is what makes this member of society feel that there is something special about us and they can say: "There is something very special about that woman, we don't know why but we feel very happy when we are with her." This is how they can feel when we show fraternity and love, this is how we bring group consciousness to the outside world, because after a certain time people will ask us, “I feel very happy when I am with you, you can explain what it is. what do you do, how do you live… ” So we have to talk about fraternity and love, without talking so much about the group, this is how we have to identify with group work and take it to the outside world.

What usually happens in groups is that instead of bringing something from the group to society, each member of the group brings something from society to the group and then the group is then filled with energies that are not harmonic. The group is a place where we submerge all our personalities for a common work and when entering the group work, just as we take off our coat or jacket and leave it at the entrance, we have to take our personality and leave it outside and enter as soul to the group.

So the group is a laboratory in which we leave out our personality coats and make our souls very strong in communion and when we go out again, our coats are still outside, but we have to remember that our coats are only something that covers us, but we are not the shelter, it is only something that covers us so that we can move outside.

So when we talk to people in society, we have to talk about ourselves, not about our coats, that's what we have to learn. Normally what happens is that we bring our personalities to the group and at the moment we enter the room where we carry out the group work, each one of us has to feel that we are souls and that we are the children of the same Father and that's why we are brothers, right? Who are we brothers? The children of the same father, then we must remember that as souls we are children of the same Father and I must forget at the entrance of the door that I am a financial advisor and he must forget that he is a banker.

In the same way, each of us has to leave his personality outside and someone who is collaborating with money for the group has to forget it and leave it at the door. So when we meet as a group all personal aspects must be left out, then we feel that it is a brotherhood of Souls without personalities. This is training for group work.

What is the state we are in when we leave the personality outside? It means we are impersonal. When there is impersonality in group work, it means that we only do things that are good for all people; when we are impersonal we have no reason to get anything from the group, it is not about getting something, it is about sharing. Group work is to experience the experience of impersonality; we learn the sweetness of life through impersonality; our existence without personality is very ancient and returning to personality is only temporary. We always exist as souls and we put on the personality coat from time to time. The personality of the coat is temporary, if necessary we leave it outside, if necessary we put it on, but we are permanent, the coats are not.

For many lives we have been through many personalities. There were situations in which we were teachers or in which we were rich in material terms and others in which we were not so rich, and as a movie star we have played many roles. Every time we had a different role it was just to experience something, but we are still "The One." State that we can easily get when we work in a group, that's why the Masters give so much importance to group work, because in group work the first thing is souls and secondly they are personalities. The ability to set aside personality and function as souls can be achieved through group work, as long as we are sincere, but we will enter the group and be a nuisance to the group.

The problem for many groups is that they enter the Temple with their coats and the coats cause problems; The most important thing is then to live being impersonal at least in the group, because group work is a laboratory. The real work is out, in the big lab. Where we are, we meet and try to learn things, it is a small laboratory and if we can be impersonal there, and if the experiments we do are successful, then we can apply this experiment in the great laboratory called society .

There are groups that are not able to demonstrate it in society, because there is no laboratory work, they fail in this laboratory work, they do not care about their mistakes in the laboratory and then they do the same again in society. As the experiment has not been successful in the laboratory, our work is not useful for society and society will say: We have no interest in your work. That is because our experimentation is not complete. The whole life can be experienced throughout it, if we can see existence as souls beyond our personalities. Then the ability to see ourselves as souls placed it as a very important thing for group work.

The first thing I said was identification and definition of group work. The second aspect is dedication to group work, the third is our ability to remain impersonal in carrying forward group work and the fourth to have a common meditation, and there is a fifth aspect that is Live together once a month. The sixth point, eat together during that communion; there must be food that is prepared with love, because much love and silence can also be cooked in the food. If we are silent with deep love for the other members of the group and with those deep thoughts of love in the mind we cook food will be well received, apart from the taste you have, because eating in community has a sacred purpose.

Each of us can prepare a dish at home, without confusion and without haste, with much love and tranquility and we can bring it to the group meeting once a month and can be eaten among all, this is another way to assimilate energy of the group.

This system is widely followed in the East, where there is frequent communion through food. Almost all the Initiates of the East are good cooks and cook so well that they cook everything with the love and wisdom they have in food and serve it to people during that communion, so that love expands through food. So the food in community is the sixth point of the group and the seventh point is to observe as much as possible to be silent. I have spoken of silence in the Guru Puya. We have to make silence a habit and speak only when it is constructively necessary and have a good mood in life. For all constructive conversation, meaningless talking is not a good thing for discipleship, because it can very easily destroy what has been built over a period of many years. By this I do not mean that we do not have to be cheerful and happy, but we have to use conversation and speech to give joy and to be completely constructive.

If we can observe these seven points, it will be very easy for us to establish a strong group that can serve for many years. This is how I see group work and most of these things are practiced by us in India since 1970 and we find that it has great significance.

Blessings of Light from the Divine Mother!
