What is JIN SHIN JYUTSU?

It is an ancient Art of harmonization of the vital energy in the body, whose principles and practices were rediscovered by the Japanese master Jiro Murai in the early 1900s.

Later Jiro transmitted his knowledge to Mary Burmeister, who took him to the United States in the fifties from where he began his diffusion throughout the world.

JIN SHIN JYUTSU is a simple and powerful tool, always at our disposal, that taught us to participate actively, through breathing and our hands, in maintenance and recovery Our health and well-being, at the physical, mental and emotional level.

How does it help us?

In the same way that a battery is necessary for a car to start, our body has a source of energy that allows the heart to beat, breathe or digest food.

Our harmony, quality of life and vitality depend on the free and balanced circulation and distribution of this energy.

JIN SHIN JYUTSU is fully compatible with traditional medicine or with any therapy, facilitating healing processes. It is effective for releasing ailments of all kinds (stress, tensions, addictions ...) or simply to improve our quality of life.

HOW IS IT PRACTICED?

Receiving sessions on a stretcher

JIN SHIN JYUTSU is performed by gently applying the fingers on different specific points of the body, known as Security Energy Locks, while the person remains dressed and lying comfortably on a stretcher. A session lasts 45 minutes. It does not imply massage, physical manipulation or substance use.

The results, physical, mental and emotional, obtained are surprising, consolidating as you go.

Practicing SELF-HELP

JIN SHIN JYUTSU is a path of self-knowledge and self-help that can be learned in simple two-day courses in workshops with group dynamics ́

Who can learn JIN SHIN JYTUSU?

It is a simple Art and there is no age or special condition for its practice. We are all trained and can benefit from its results because it deeply supports the regeneration process of body, mind and spirit.

This training is aimed at adults, children, the elderly, the sick and anyone who is healthy and wants to stay well.
