The breathing of fire is the most sophisticated Pranayama of controlled breathing, it is an incredible tool against anxiety, nerves, worry, fear, pain, sadness, etc.

The breath of fire is ONE from the moment you start until you finish, it means that you can prolong the time of your life by doing the Fire Breathing.

The way we feel is closely related to the way we breathe. When we deal with changes or stressful situations in life, our body unconsciously has a tendency to attract the diaphragm inwards. This is the area of the Solar Plexus, where the body stores all emotions.

Seventy-two thousand nerves are found in our body, of these seventy-two thousand, seventy-two are the most important.

Of these seventy-two, ten are vital. In India they say that if the third Chakra, one of the focal points where all these seventy-two thousand nerves come together, is not in balance, a person cannot be cured, no matter how many medicines he is taking.

The only way to balance it is to do the Fire Breathing in stretch pose .

Release anxiety, nervousness:

Fire Breathing forces the diaphragm in and out. This has a direct impact on the center of the navel, releasing emotions.

Readjust and strengthen the nervous system.

It helps to regain control over states of mental stress.

It helps the heart and circulation, (sends) the toxins out of the bloodstream.

Provides massages to internal organs.

It releases toxins and sediments from the lungs, mucous lining and blood vessels.

Expand lung capacity.

How can I do it?

Breathing in and out through the nose, it can be performed through the mouth, putting the abdomen inside during exhalation pushes the diaphragm and pulling it out, on inhalation. It is very fast, like 2 or 3 times per second and very strong.

Do not expect to do well the first time, you can start by pushing the abdomen inside while exhaling loudly and loudly, with more emphasis on exhalation and start shaping from there, until you breathe in the same amount of air that you exhale.

This is a very balanced breath. Both (inhalation and exhalation) have the same power.

Another way to start is to practice Fire Breathing for a few minutes in periods of 30 sec. Alternating between them with Long and Deep Breathing.

You can start it from there until periods of forty-five seconds for two or three minutes and then you will be able to do it for long periods of time without stops or drowning.

Are there contraindications?

The only contraindication is when the woman is going through a pregnancy or during the first two days of the menstrual cycle, in this case performing Long and Deep Breathing.
