In the world more than one hundred types of Yoga are known, the most common, Spiritual Yoga, Facial Yoga, Physical Yoga and demanding Yoga, among many more, as I told you before.

Linear to the story, it is said, that Yoga is an ancient discipline, practiced primarily in India thousands of years ago. Hinduism has Yoga as a fundamental part of its spiritual, social, cultural and religious tradition .

At present, there are texts preserved since ancient times, in which mechanisms for the practice of the transcendence of the Self, meditation and breathing are referenced, all of this, through a harmonious rhythm of postures that help the Yogi to purify his body, achieving in this way, very good asanas.

In this lifestyle, experiences of asanas, meditation and breathing control are created . It is about combining in a single I, your body, your mind and your spirituality, achieving unity with the universe, the conscience, and with the own life and that of all existing beings in the world. In other words, it is the transcendence of the I, connected to the universe, your body and your mind .

You as a human being, are composed of physical body, mind and spiritual essence or spirit, harmoniously housed in the intimate and original property of your Self. Yoga, from the real experience of this lifestyle, helps and allows, that the compounds of the Human Being remain in harmonious essence with your Self .

I am going to give you a very simple example, the least that can happen to you. Imagine that your friends invited you to play a football game, but there, they expelled you before the end of time, because your physical state was chilling, quite low. Then, in response to this event, you had psychological decline, since they didn't keep you in mind and your teammates didn't treat you with the dignity of a good player. You are sad at home, and you don't want to go out with your classmates because you feel sorry and fear they will reject you again . So far the example, now I ask you, what are your conclusions?

The first exercise that should be practiced will be the basic principle of nonviolence . Eye! For this principle of Yoga to be fulfilled, never in your existence should you mistreat yourself or others, including all beings who understand the universe, avoiding conflicts at all times.

As a fifth advice, I propose to live the experience of Yoga, meditation and positive thinking in every event of your Being . These are the three most important books of Yoga, which in ancient terms would be "Yoga-Sutra" of Patanjali, the Hatha-Yoga-Pradipika of Goraksha, and the Bhagawad Gita of Krishna. It means that the three most important techniques of Yoga are positive thinking (Patanjali), meditation (Patanjali), body work (Goraksha), prayer (Krishna) and love for all beings (Krishna).

Finally, let yourself be guided . Your teacher and your more advanced classmates will take you by the hand.

There are more tips, they would be many, however, my idea is that you exist in your Being, with the most important experiences, since the others will be coming to your process, at the right time.
