Sensitivity to our world

We all feel worried about our mother Earth. She, like us, is going through a tremendous change. The pain of growth for the Earth and for the human being is difficult at times, but very rewarding when we discover the gifts that change offers us.

I, like many of you, am a person whose most important lesson in life is definition. I think that the growth of my current life was marked with that, but I know that it exceeds the fact of bringing it from another life. In this life lesson, according to Steve's Spiritual Psychology book, the separation is marked by a very subtle limit that allows us to know what is ours and what belongs to another or something else. People with this attribute carry the world on their shoulders. That means they feel all emotions and pain, and also the good side of everyone else's joy. This can be felt first with those we love most. I really used to believe that if Steve and our two children were happy, then I was happy, and if they were unhappy, my mood plummeted. I have learned to try to maintain my own energy balance by taking care of myself in the first place. If I am happy with my own life, then I and those around me can benefit.
