LAND
Mantram: TO KUA MO NE
We must learn to absorb the sacred seed of the Earth. There have been many changes and many processes of evolution in the past and will continue to exist in the future, the bodies must be strengthened by the Earth. Breathe and absorb your energy every day, fill the Earth with the bare feet, wherever there is grass, with your hands directed to the flowers or trees to fill us with your food. WATER

We must drink the water, the sacred liquid, blue planet par excellence. You will have to drink a lot of this water, especially mineralized water, snow, alone without other substances.

WIND
