You have so much to do daily, there is so much planning, preparation, construction, improvement, development, growth and much more to get to the next step of any personal or spiritual goal. When you go from one thing to another, have you ever thought if you are doing it from a form of Grace? Or do they continue on just like that, doing one thing after another, without thinking, without considering it? Can grace be defined as any part of the personal or spiritual search? Precious Hearts, you know that God grants you Grace freely all the time. Grace has many definitions, it is true, but when God gives them His Divine Grace, that is an act of giving altruistically and unconditionally, without prejudice, without criticism, without judging.

Grace is something that not only defines a woman who flows fluidly, because Thanks is more than just a movement; It is a way of being that men can also demonstrate. If God Himself does not select who is to receive His Grace, then is it not possible for you to give others the same way? Thank you is a gift, Precious Hearts, a very precious one. The way you respond and get up after a difficult circumstance where you have felt deep sorrow and sadness can be described as one with Grace, when you choose from love instead of hate and discord. When situations do not turn out as planned, there are many ways in which one can respond and react; it is very easy to allow their emotions to dominate them, and it is required to have great control of themselves to act from love when they feel overwhelmed. Precious Hearts, know that God is always with you in moments of despair. . . He always shines His Brilliant Light enveloping them with His Infinite Love, and His energy is what empowers them to act like this and rise above grief and sadness. Even in its modern times it is always possible to become someone who shows Grace, someone through whom God shines, and not only when they have had a difficult day but also when they have experienced a day full of the deepest joy and happiness.

When you become aware of the suffering or despair of another dear being, you deeply feel the desire to help, to comfort him in any way you can; this is Compassion, when someone cares no matter what, regardless of whether it is an animal, a stranger or someone known; It is not wanting to see another life suffering from pain. When someone shows compassion for another who is desperate or suffering, is showing empathy, they can feel the pain, the emotion, the anguish of the one who is suffering, and this is a deep connection and understanding, and sometimes it feels like a curse instead of a blessing when one extends one hand to another and helps him to rise so that he can see again his own Light united to that of God. Of course in such an exchange there may be no mention of God being present or of His interaction, but any time you altruistically help another dear brother or sister of God, He is there at that time working through you. In order to be compassionate to another it is required that you love yourself enough to help alleviate the suffering of the other person.

Sometimes we have seen that sympathy is mixed with empathy. There are differences between the two words. Sympathy is when you feel sorry for another, while empathy is when you feel the despair of the other and want to help you alleviate your sadness. Sympathy and pity often encourages them to help someone who is sorry, but there is little feeling in the action, little love. Now, when they add compassion, their action becomes loving. . . and you can also become vulnerable because you share a part of yourself with another that is suffering. Why they can become vulnerable. Precious Hearts? Well, this is easy, my dear ones, when you offer something of heart and empathy, you are sharing your effort, your time, your Self; You are opening your own heart and feeling what is happening, and sometimes old wounds arise to the surface reminding you of the pain you have felt. When there is a strong Compassion, this helps to diminish any feeling of hostility because Compassion is an action overflowing with Love, which speaks of Mercy and Kindness towards another person.

This leads us now to talk about Mercy . Mercy and Compassion go hand in hand, you cannot show Compassion without the action of Mercy. When they give compassion unconditionally, the action of Mercy is what encourages them to extend a hand to others with kindness. Precious Hearts, Mercy means giving Grace to others who may not necessarily deserve it, it could be someone you don't know, but you feel a deep stimulus inside, in your heart, a knowledge that an animal, a person, a precious life is in pain and despair, and his compassionate heart extends comfort. Mercy has its purpose and its place in every era, including its own.

Mercy, like Grace and Compassion, derives from Love. God encourages each Son and Daughter to adopt these attributes in their way of being and living, for they help deepen the connection with Him. When one shows Mercy, this gives way to Hope, for the Light to penetrate any darkness. . . It helps to revive any Faith that may have been temporarily lost. In summary: Mercy is truly the conclusion of Grace in integrity and justice. When you combine the three, Grace, Mercy and Compassion, you have someone who is patient and kind, someone who is empathetic, and who gives a lot. . . He is not a superhuman, but a person like you who takes time to smile, to encourage, to help, to reach inside the heart of another person and give a little hope of something better.

Mercy is not an action shown all the time, Precious Hearts; It is an action shown in Appropriate times for Compassion and Grace to be effective when shared unconditionally. You become merciful only when necessary; Sometimes it can be described as a mystical and magical impulse that works alongside Compassion.

At some point in their life they have already been called to demonstrate Mercy with another, whether it was their son who had a fever, a friend with a broken heart, or a beggar who needs money for a hot drink or food. But have you ever considered being merciful to yourself? It is true, Precious Hearts, before you can offer part of yourself to others you must first be able to offer it to yourself. To help heal others, no matter how much help is involved, they must also recognize any of their own mistakes and forgive themselves. Show a little Mercy to yourself by reducing the amount of time you spend criticizing or judging yourself. It doesn't help much to be merciful to others when they don't show Mercy with their own beautiful Self. They must show genuine Compassion and Mercy with themselves before they can really offer it to others. Today we come to encourage you to extend a hand to yourself, to heal the parts of yourself that are still in pain. Do not minimize the areas that require your love with excuses that there are other more important things. YOU are important! When they give themselves the healing of Mercy and Compassion, then they can become a giver of Grace, Mercy and Compassion to all life.

Become God in action, show the love you have for yourself by being compassionate and merciful to others. They not only do good for someone who needs kindness, affection and compassion, but they are doing good for themselves and for humanity. They don't need to be great works to help; They just need to get a deep love.

I love each of you passionately, infinitely
