In fact, loving others is not the easiest thing in the world. If they take the time to reflect honestly and faithfully what real and true love is, not in theory but how they relate to others and to themselves, they could conjure names like that of the altruistic Mother Teresa, the dedicated Martin Luther King Jr., or even the gentle but daring Jesus. . . and there are others who have made a difference with their altruism and pure love that they gladly offered, without questioning, to all equally and all their works were performed with love.

People like this and others did not look at people's appearance to determine if they were worthy of being loved. Even the most unpleasant person would receive unconditional love because all people are worthy of receiving love, without any expectation in return. Now consider this type of behavior in the workplace with a colleague who always drives you out of your mind, or the neighbor who is always loud and fed by alcoholic beverages or drug-influenced people who are different in their own way. of living and of being, can you honestly say that you are able to love these people as purely as they love your family?

It is true, dear ones, that love is something that only you can choose, and at the same time it is something greater than any worldly decision because it is an action, and Without action there is nothing. Have you ever thought that love could be less about emotions and feelings and more about discipline and focus? If you see love without the emotional attachment that you give it often, you will eventually conclude that love is more than just feelings, and that it is more about being willing. Is it possible to show a little more love in every part of your day, along with an attitude of being willing and ready to have an open heart?

It is more than possible to put love into practice, you simply need to learn to control your habit of judging others. Remember my dear, none of you is perfect. Each dear being comes with their own weaknesses and imperfections. We know that you have experienced occasions when you have felt broken. Instead of condemning the other person for their differences or errors, extend their grace and empower others through the power of their acceptance, regardless of who they are or what their weaknesses are.

Demonstrating grace and acceptance are not the only ways to put love into action. Focus on forgiving more and being less rigid. Are there not enough conflicts in the world? So, why add them for insignificant things? Forgive the offenses you have committed and forgive yourself for putting yourself in a painful situation from any particular past event. . . and let it go. Love yourself enough to get rid of any deep-seated conflict that has bothered you. Let your resentments go by loving yourself and marvel at the incredible power of love and how it unfolds before your eyes in ways you have never imagined.

If you see Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King Jr., or Jesus , notice that they did not disappoint other people of their dreams . They supported them and helped them strengthen their trust by empowering them with wise words and loving and positive statements that they could do anything when they decided to do it from the heart. Genuine encouragement can change someone's world and each of you has this power to make it happen if you put love into action.

Even if the topic of what is being talked about is boring or not interesting, listen clearly and focused. Be the person who hears that they need, do not disconnect from them because they are going to ask you a question and it will be required soon after you to give them an intelligent answer. It is rather discouraging that the speaker is finding that the person he was talking to has not heard what she considered important enough to share . Show your love by focusing on any conversation, put your opinions aside and allow your love to flow through the generosity of your listening skills that demonstrate understanding and empathy from beginning to end.

It is difficult to reach some people, but they are still worthy of being loved. Keep in mind that people are people. His career is unique. Their emotional vulnerabilities also require acceptance and belonging. Just because someone is different, no matter how they are classified, does not mean that they must be discredited to fit certain standards. Although the person is ugly, dirty, and without money, he is still worthy of being treated with kindness and love.

Look back on what you have done recently and reflect on whether anything you have done, including any interaction, was done with love before you started. Or they had already formed an opinion in their mind or a judgment on how to proceed. Becoming aware of how they used to do things is a good way to make changes to the future by practicing now, in the present, to be more affectionate in all their actions, all the time, regardless of who is receiving them. Love is in you to give it - and give it freely and equally to one and all.
