Sound and vibrational therapy by Silvia Franco

Sound therapy is the polite and conscious use of sound energy to promote well-being in humans and also the expansion of their consciousness. Healing through sound is based on the premise that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies. A fundamental physical concept is that an external sound source significantly changes the vibration characteristics of another object.
Science has shown that sound or vibration has a strong impact on the substance. For example, the study of Cymatics has shown how sound creates geometric patterns in matter. Dr. Emoto has also shown that sound changes the molecular structure of water.
However, it is more important to remember that sound changes consciousness. Many
Ancient civilizations and modern indigenous cultures have used sound to heal and access higher levels of consciousness for thousands of years.

We find it throughout history on every continent from Mongolia (shamans) to Greece with its musical cures for different ailments, in Celtic culture, in the Australian aboriginal or in that of the North American Indians to name any of them.

The truth is that the use of sound is as old as our civilization and that is why there is an urgent need within our disconnected and fragmented society to return to the origins of connecting not only as a tribe, that is to say through meetings in which the Participants play various acoustic instruments or sing to connect with the earth and also with their spirit.

The sound therapist helps during the sessions to connect the patient well with the origin of their disconnection and fragmentation caused by a physical state or a state of anxiety. or for some traumatic incident to name a few.

The therapist may use his voice creating harmonics (original song in Tuvá) or other vocal sequences appropriate to the patient's frequency. At the beginning of the session, look for the imbalances and then use various vocal or instrumental acoustic means to bring the patient to a balance and greater physical and emotional awareness.
The field of sound healing includes a broad spectrum of techniques and therapies ranging from the use of acoustic instruments and voice to complex technologies. Sound is currently being used both in the case of simple relaxation, or to reduce stress, improve sleep disorders, or alertness and clarity, learning, also to improve the immune system, reducing pain, as personal transformation, or self-awareness, and of course the connection to the spirit.

BASIC CONCEPTS WITHIN SOUND THERAPY

Your frequency

Each of us has its own root or soul frequency. When we are in contact with that frequency we focus, feel grounded to the earth and perfectly present. However, with all the noise around us (including electromagnetic noise) we are easily distracted from our own frequency.

The use of vibrational massages (vibro-acoustic massage tables with speakers incorporated in them) are able to help us recover our frequency. Do not

We only have an "essence" frequency, since each organ, tissue, muscle, vertebrae, chakras and the etheric field has a resonant frequency as well. The more you become aware of this symphony within you, the easier it can be to maintain a healthy musical flow within your system as a whole.

The harmonic structure of sound

Most people do not realize that when they listen to an instrument (or singer) playing / singing a note there are actually several notes that make up the sound. These sounds are called harmonics. The interesting thing about all this is that each of these harmonics that make up a sound are mathematical multiples of the “root” frequency. This same mathematical structure is found in the distance between planets, in the weight of each vertebra, in chemistry, and in the etheric field surrounding the body.

It is through these correspondences that we begin to see the "unified field", where we are all connected to each other, to nature and to all aspects of the universe. We are always connected with this unified field. The goal is to become more aware of this connection.

The power of intention

As Dr. Emoto shows in his research, if you concentrate love on water, it will create a beautiful crystalline geometric pattern when it freezes. If you focus on any negativity (such as hate), water will form a jarring pattern. chaotic Through his scientific studies, Dr. Emoto has shown that your intention not only affects you but also affects others. Quantum Physics has also shown that this same concept is true. Simply put, the way we perceive something affects its shape! Now it is known that your intention is carried through the sound waves to another person. In fact, if you record music with a specific intention, it will be transmitted when it is played.

TECHNIQUES

Sound therapy is being more and more accepted every day by society.

There are two very different areas:

1) Sound and music for meditation, relaxation, personal transformation, healing of emotions, or learning and productivity,

2) The use of sound for medical uses.

Natural acoustic instruments

All acoustic instruments have a wide range of harmonics that by nature already massage your uric field.

The most powerful instrument of all is the voice. Using your intention and simply trusting that the spirit will produce the most appropriate sound for that healing, surprising healing often takes place. Another more common technique is to teach people to resonate their bodies with their own voice. Singing and singing are techniques to make the different areas of the body vibrate through singing.
This will not only provide a deeper understanding of how sound resonates naturally throughout the body.

The quartz crystal bowls not only help you get a deep release and rest, they also have a unique drag effect on your brain in different states of brain waves (alpha, theta and delta). Several sound therapists are now using quartz crystal bowls to help heal people with cancer. (read Mitchell Gaynor's book “Sounds that heal” .. this American doctor who specializes in cancer talks about his experience with them)

Tibetan bowls, didjeridu, cymbals, gongs, drums, monochord ……… there are endless instruments that the sound therapist can use in one session.

Drums not only help with basic motor skills, they are now being used in the corporate world to release stress and create team awareness.

Another important aspect of the drums is that in a Shamanic experience they take people to altered states of consciousness.

Music Therapy and Music that Heals

Music therapy has been used for years to help relax people and put them in a better mood.

After all, it has been shown that when someone releases tension and relaxes, their immune system benefits. Specific audio applications include: some to control pain, repair of neurological development, relaxation and stress relief, meditation, sleep, accelerate learning, improve productivity, awareness raising, and connection with the spirit. There is also a growing number of musicians who take this into account and use psycho-acoustics when producing commercial records.

Pain relief

Music is also used to help calm the pain. There is a wide range of surgeons who now use sound therapy before, during and after surgery.
It has been shown to substantially reduce the amount of anesthesia that is required.

Sound and Therapy

The use of sound is very diverse: among them in offices and treatment rooms such as ambient music, relaxation techniques, stress reduction, auditory feedback, auditory tone correction, processing difficulties, hearing reduction, and learning disability correction.

Sound is being used to help correct certain learning difficulties in children. There are numerous clinics worldwide that are using research
of Dr. Tomatis to stimulate the brain and nervous system. For example, the listening program you use is with classical music. The low frequencies are less and less in classical music until only the high frequencies remain. Then all frequencies are undone until the entire audio spectrum is present again.

Voice Analysis

There are several systems that use the sound of the voice to give us an idea (printing press) of what is happening inside the body. Through diverse investigations it is known that the frequencies of the voice are a map of the totality of your physical, mental, emotional well-being and the spiritual body. An analysis can detect a weakness in a particular organ and show a presence or predisposition to specific diseases. With this information, specific sounds and certain music can be used to alleviate the problem.

Medical uses

Other research has discovered that when the resonance frequency of a cell is found, the cell is opened to receive energy. If you then increase the volume to this resonant frequency of the cell it will explode. They are already very specific techniques that are designed to destroy diseased cells, and in a way that is totally non-invasive.

There is a wide range of techniques that range from sound massages called "Sound surgery", where sound is used inside the body. This includes the placement of high-precision tones within specific organs. Of course, ultrasound has used it for years to break up kidney stones or plaque on teeth. This type of sound application is also being studied in other diseases such as cancer.

Fabian Maman in one of his books how sound can help eradicate cancer cells.
There are many reports of people who have managed to get rid of cancer using their own voice.
We are beginning to regain our power and be able to heal ourselves.

Vibrational Therapies are healing techniques based on the concept that body, mind and spirit have to work holistically to maintain health. In most cases the disease begins in the Mind, or at the deepest level of the spirit, so that is where healing should also begin.

The fundamental principle on which it is based is the consideration of the human being as a participating entity of a physical reality and a spiritual reality. The state of health or disease of the human personality that includes the physical body, the etheric body, the astral body (emotional) and the lower mental one, is determined, very frequently by the degree of friction that exists between the soul and the personality and the point at which this friction is inscribed.

The theory is that everyone has a healing mechanism that flows as an energetic force around the body, mind and spirit to keep them in perfect order. Unfortunately, stress, an inadequate diet, a negative attitude and other adverse factors can block our healing mechanism, so that it cannot function properly and we get sick. Spiritual healing provides the necessary energy to put our own healing mechanism back into action.

Healing does not always act on a physical level; the disease may remain, but the ability to cope with it improves. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. This may be because the sick person "blocks" the healing forces: some people subconsciously prefer to be sick. It may also be because we "need" to remain sick.

Everything, whether visible or invisible to the eyes, emits a vibration, the higher the more subtle and intangible, the lower the denser and material. An organ is damaged when the vibration in which the body that houses it has been maintained has lowered its frequency at a much slower rate; This means that energy cannot flow and feed the blocked area correctly, and energy stagnations that cause the disease are created.

The recovery of health will be carried out by applying a high vibration therapy whose rhythm when coming into contact with the damaged organ will cause a frequency increase until its full recovery. In the same way that in the home when the temperature of a calorific thermostat rises, a chain reaction is generated that expands the ambient temperature to the whole house, transforming the climate “by contagion” to a more suitable one, vibrational medicine acts "thermal regulator" mode from very subtle bodies to the densest, thus balancing the tone indicated for the balance of the human being. By restoring the frequency of vibration to the organ, the energy will recover its order and flow properly. Simple and sublime is the protocol of vibrational therapies.

Benefits of Sound Therapy with Tibetan Bowls

No one can deny the benefits that Tibetan bowls bring to people. Its sound is used in therapies to heal people who have psychological or emotional problems, also decreases pain, and even claim that this sound therapy removes cancer cells from the body.

In the therapy bowl sessions, patients should lie down and close their eyes and let the harmonic vibrations produced by the metal bowls enter their body. At the end of the session your physical and emotional balance will be stabilized.

But how does this occur? It is that the vibrations of the bowls are so powerful that they alter the patient's organism in a harmonious way. During the session the bowl is placed in the patient's body, the vibrations begin by crossing the spine and spreading throughout the body until reaching the nervous system and organs.

The sounds of the bowl in the therapy make the patient's brain stay in a calm state since it helps him emit alpha waves, this is why the body becomes totally relaxed and the person feels good. This state increases the amount of T lymphocytes that are those that strengthen the immune system.

With Tibetan bowls you can try:

States of depression and anguish.

Muscle contractures.

Psychological imbalances.

Stress and anxiety.

Vision problems.

Headaches.

Moods.

Increase in body defenses.

Mental and emotional stability.

Increase in self confidence.

Controls the states of insomnia and hyperactivity.

Balance of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body.

Planetary and personal rooting.

Awaken the energy of action for change and transform your life quickly and practically.

My experience in three years doing concerts with Tibetan Bowls, Quartz, Drum and other instruments is very positive. In addition I use gems, essential oils, Bach flowers and creams with minerals, which all prepare the group. Everyone feels relaxed and recharged after a group or individual session. Sleeping well, contractures, fluid retention, anxiety …… .. Many have been the symptoms that have been alleviated and eliminated after a sound therapy. If 80 percent of the human being is liquid and we already know what a good vibrational frequency does with the liquid, we just have to find a sound therapist and be pampered by this “sound massage” that takes you to other levels of consciousness. There are those who compare it with a deep meditation ... always end up experiencing a wonderful and deep state of relaxation and well-being that lasts and consolidates the following days. Your whole being benefits from this rebalancing concert / therapy.
