Here we present a truly effective tool to find your Soulmate

Surely if you are reading this article it is because you are a person who has the conviction that the soulmate exists, and remain calm / what we are not the only ones. From the perspective of Kundalini Yoga, there are several ways to accelerate this encounter through certain techniques. Today I will tell you the one that has given the most results to many of my acquaintances and myself.

Obviously, today a lot is said about this subject, but because each one has different points of view and each one has a real part, I want to share with you, something that really helps you find it, if it is your point of view and conviction .

First I would like to start by telling you a little about Kundalini Yoga

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a sacred technology transmitted by Master Yogi Bhajan, who dedicated his life to spreading this ancestral wisdom. These teachings are fundamentally aimed at strengthening the central, glandular and lymphatic nervous system and improving the mobility of the spine . All these are vital and essential points of every human being, which are stimulated by a certain series of exercises (kriyas). Another benefit that brings the practice of this technology is the improvement of health in general, such as the optimal functioning of different organs of our body, promote the activity of certain glands, oxygenate each of the cells and organs, stimulate certain points etc. Always with the ultimate goal of benefiting the proper biological functioning of the body through the different exercises . This particular set of certain exercises are called Kriyas, named in other types of yoga as asanas .

Then, these series are called ' KRIYAS' and each of them can have different purposes and objectives, for example: one kriya can have the goal of stimulating the immune system, another awakening the heart chakra (Anahata) or to prepare to the yoga practitioner for a deep meditation.

The elements that make up a kriya are:

Pranayamas (specific breaths, with totally determined times and rhythms), mantras (songs that have deep energetic vibrations), mudras (hand postures) and meditations.

Kundalini yoga has nothing to do with the other types of yogas well known to the common denominator, since it is a yoga that is more focused on the spiritual, that is, knowing oneself, connecting with oneself . In other words, this type of practice is used to raise awareness.

With the term kundalini, reference is made to the name by which the energy that lies at the base of our spine in a latent state is known. This style of yoga precisely seeks to awaken this energy (represented as a sleeping snake) that, by combining certain exercises, seeks to release that latent power that each and every one of us possesses and carries within. In this way, what is done in practice is to send all the energy to the kundalini to wake it up, to wake it up refers to the opening of consciousness, an effect that feels like an energy born from the base of the spine and goes up like a tickle in the back to the top of the head or crown (this is the most common sensation that is usually experienced, but do not get carried away by this, since you experience may be very different and is totally valid too). Thus bringing all the benefits mentioned above.

It is said that one class of Kundalini Yoga is equivalent to fourteen classes of Hata Yoga, six of Ashtanga and three of Vyniasana Yoga. With this we want to imply that a kind of kundlaini yoga is very powerful energy, not in relation to exercise but to the energy we generate ourselves through a kriya.

A class of Kundalini Yoga is structured in the following way usually: it begins with a mantra, another one of protection, the class is done, and it ends with two mantras, the terno sol and then Sat Nam is sung three times.

Let's go back to our point of interest, the Soulmate

The tool that I propose to find your Soulmate is:

A meditation called So Purkh.

This precious mantra begins by reciting the shabd Bhand Jamee-ai first and then the So Purkh.

Explanation of the meaning of Bhand Jamee-ai

In order to find our Soulmate, whether male or female, it is necessary to meditate and recognize the Divine Feminine energy . It is essential to open ourselves to this wonderful energy and Bhand Jamee-ai is a wonderful prayer recited to help us connect with that precious energy. By reciting these words, a climate of humility is generated where there is no room for bad actions or thoughts towards women, enabling the man (or masculine aspect of a woman) to see and treat another woman in an elevated manner such as Express the poem.

When a woman recites this prayer, she empowers her in such a way that she becomes invincible and gives her the dignity that is her birthright. Along with So Purkh's meditation, this is the first shabd for a woman who wants her prayers to bless their relationships, friendships, family and the world. Recall that Yogi Bhajan focused much of his teachings on women since he knew that it is through the feminine energy that true change can occur in this world. It is for this reason that he always speaks of the respect and admiration that a man has to have for every woman, be it his mother or wife.

Notwithstanding that, a man can recite it to increase communication with the women who are part of his life, in whatever form. It is something very significant that you can do for your partner or wife, mother, sister etc.

One of the main benefits of reciting this shabd is that it allows the sacralization of relationships with all women and reverence develops. Anger is eliminated with the Mother and can even eliminate phobias.

Translation:

From the woman, the man is born, the man is conceived; A woman is engaged and married.

The woman becomes her friend, through the woman, future generations arrive.

When his wife dies, he looks for another woman; Well, the woman is united.

So, why call her bad? If from her, kings are born.

From a woman, the woman is born; Without the woman, there would be no one at all.

Oh Nanak, only the True Lord is without a woman.

The mouth that praises the Lord continually is blessed and beautiful.

Oh Nanak, those faces will be radiant in the Court of the True Lord. || 2 ||

I leave the version that I like most of the mantra Bhand Jamee-ai (you can recite with the one you like, there are many versions on the internet):

Then we will continue to meditate on So Purkh

The benefits of So Purkh, in addition to attracting the soulmate, are the following:

  • It favors the inner state where grace can remain in you and allows your soul to manifest itself in its greatest splendor.
  • It helps clear the karma of past relationships from your arc line (this arc is an arc of light that goes from one shoulder to the other passing in its path over the head) and frees you so that in this way you can attract Your soulmate
  • This mantra gives you the possibility of elevating the man or masculine aspect by which you meditate, since by reciting the mantra you are allowing, from an energetic level, that that person for whom you recite, live in his more high potential. You can recite it for whoever you feel, from one to three men (or the masculine aspect of a woman).
  • Who recites this mantra, by the mere fact of putting it in words, has the power to dissolve any negativity in relation to any man (or the masculine aspect of a woman).

Shakti Parwha Kaur (Bhajan's first student) commented that Yogi Bhajan claimed that the woman can use this shabd to:

  • Attract a child's soul or through you that will be a God.
  • Heal a man
  • Transform a man into a Divine man.
  • Attract a Divine man to be your partner.
  • Make the Divine manifest before you.

I leave the version with the 11 repetitions, it is one of the shortest versions, lasts approximately 20 minutes (you can recite with the one you like, there are many versions on the internet):

preparation:

We will look for a quiet and comfortable space where we can prepare to meditate without interruptions . A place where we know that we will be calm for the necessary time, a place that we preferably feel has some sacred meaning for us.

You can use a mat and cushions to find your comfort, use everything you need to be able to spend several minutes in that position.

In this way, always sit with your spine straight, either on the floor or in a chair, and allow yourself to connect with the feminine energy that inhabits you and the Earth. Put your hands together in a prayer posture at the height of your heart, interlacing the fingers and keeping the thumbs together (the thumbs go over the sternum and the tips of the other fingers face the sky).

Start by singing three Om, then continue by reciting the mantra Bhand jamee-ai . (It is convenient that you print the letter or write it since it is written in another language which we do not usually use. It is worth clarifying that the ideal is to recite it in the Gurmukhi language in which it is, and not in Spanish. Also if you feel that you prefer to recite it in Spanish, you can do it, but keep in mind that you are thinking about the power that the sound produces when pronouncing them in their original language)

Then we will begin to meditate on So Purkh . You can start by doing it for 11 minutes and as the days go by it increases until it reaches 31 minutes. Or if you feel it you can do it in the time it takes you to recite the So Purkh eleven times (the version that leaves you above, is the repetition version in the shortest time possible, maybe you can recite it without the support of the music and do it in your rhythm).

Take a deep breath and focus all your intention on healing your relationships and your relationship with yourself, which is the basis of everything.

Finally, we will sing the mantra of the Eternal Sun (Mantra that is sung at the end of any kind of Kundalini Yoga)

Here is the video of the Eternal Sun:

Clarification: It is necessary that you do this meditation for 40 consecutive days, in case you cannot do it one day, you will have to start over.
