People are educated to be ordinary and common . Be good citizens, respectable, get a good job, that others have a good concept about us, pay taxes, then ... die.
But we don't have to believe that to be true, we don't have to believe that we are really mediocre. We can choose to believe that we have come to this world to be extra ordinary. We are all extraordinary.
The conflict is that we do not know or are not sure. We have fears, insecurities that come from the fact that we are in a human body . We have incarnated in a body, a body that has limitations .
Walk another way
However, we also have a soul, a spirit. And that invisible part is us too . The soul is space, vastness, freedom to reach the infinite. It is a fragment of the universal soul. The soul wants to be free, get out of the cage, take off the chains and expand.
We are all extraordinary
But in our day to day we put on the limitations we learned from children . We can not do this or that thing, it would not be well seen. What will the neighbors or family think if I make an unexpected decision, which moves me away from the path marked by my ancestors and society. They will think that I went crazy if I get out of the agreed guidelines, of mediocrity, of the ordinary.
If you want to achieve something you must first expect it from yourself
It would be interesting to ask ourselves what we think we are capable of achieving . And it's not about believing yourself able to make more money or more fame, which you can try too.
But I am talking about what we can expect even more from ourselves. What if we set out to perform miracles? Or manifest the relationships we want? What if we believe we are capable of being prosperous and happy?
What do you think is possible for you?
What you think is possible is what you will achieve. Do not limit yourself because the true part of you is the one that is not seen, the real part is the one that does not change.
If what never changes is real, what part of you does not change?
The body changes all the time. From childhood to old age we go through many bodies. We begin as a small baby, which then becomes a child, a little later the body becomes that of a teenager. When we reach youth and look back we see that that body of a child is no longer who we are. And time continues to pass and the young body is transformed with wrinkles and gray hair.
We believe it is real, we believe that we are our reflection in the mirror. But the body is not what we are, because the real is what does not change.
In this physical universe, nothing is real . Everything has a beginning and an end, everything is constantly changing in the physical world.
What is real is the soul, which is infinite, is not born, does not die, does not change.
The ego
The ego makes us believe that our body is us, that what we have, what we do, is us. It makes us believe that we are separated from others and from God. We believe that life is to accumulate and please others, demonstrate how wonderful we are and compete for the best salary, the best house, the best vacations, the most perfect family.
We are spiritual beings living a human experience
However, those false promises of ego happiness are not the truth. They are mutable, and as such, they are not true.
The soul has no beginning or end. Keep in mind, have the now, always. We are that spirit. That is our truth.
We are experiencing being human for a moment, for an instant of eternity. We wanted to have the experience of having a body with limits and we have experienced the anguish that limits impose on us.
Our truth is soul and eternity.
You can be anything, you can achieve what you want but first you must believe it in yourself.
Since you know you are more than your body, reflect. Which is your destination? You know you are eternal. What to do while we are in this body?
Be extraordinary. Be extraordinary because you already are. Stop thinking that you have no right to prosperity, to health, to happiness.
The ego, the false being, always tries to win, have things, be right. It confuses you. Confuse what are the goals of life. It is not being ordinary.
You are your soul, your spirit, your higher self, that which is eternal.
Accept it and see it. You are a spiritual being living a human experience.
