Nowadays there is very little space to do nature therapy as human beings are increasingly busy in our activities inside our offices, homes, schools and universities.

This detachment that we have from life in nature, is very normal and therefore goes unnoticed, however, it is not healthy to confine ourselves to exclusively internal activities and it is necessary to make an effort to do nature therapy to connect with that deep essence which comes from our ancestors who spent most of their lives in external spaces.

What benefits does nature therapy offer?

For fire, imagine a large and powerful source of heat that is capable of creating and destroying, a volcano for example. For the air, lift which air and travel quickly through different parts of the world bringing freshness and life and to space, imagine that you are so big and powerful that you occupy every part of the universe itself.
  • Feel the earth, reconnect with it , step barefoot on it, lie down without clothes or with very light clothes and fill yourself with that energy that emerges from it
  • Take advantage of the natural space for meditation, fully enjoy these great environments, thoroughly experience all its vastness and power and try to do it daily
