Doing some memory

We are currently going through a crucial and exciting time for the human race. At the end of 2012 we went through a band of photons and missed a window of opportunity to raise our level of vibration, and expand our consciousness. We do not reach critical mass so we have to continue working with picks and shovels in our development, and for this, one of our tools is empowerment .

It's very curious, and I don't know if it happened to you, but when I read the news or watch the news (well, I see them because I already decided not to do it anymore), I realize that there are messages implied in the line of: "nothing can be done", "things cannot be changed", "impotence", "better the bad known than the good to know", "all are equal", etc.

If you look, regardless of the country, or city where you are, the messages are similar. It is as if there was an agreed type of message for all humanity where they try to make us believe that we cannot do anything. Somehow they try to castrate our personal power, our ability to do things, and take responsibility for their results.

Media manipulation: an accomplice of our disempowerment

Perhaps many of you already know the famous text of Noam Chomsky, based on a manual found at the end of the 80s, which was entitled "Silent weapons for quiet wars." As a summary, it is a manual oriented to control, manipulate and keep the population submissive. I point out the most striking aspects for me:

1. The strategy of distraction. To exercise social control the strategy of distraction works perfectly. A clear example is when politicians make decisions and inform them of the days when there is a football game. Or, for example, instead of addressing key issues such as corruption, they place smoke screens in the form of problems with nationalisms, etc.

2. Create problems and then offer solutions. For example, create an economic crisis to eliminate social rights and dismantle public services.

3. The strategy of gradualness. In order for an unacceptable measure to be accepted by the population, it is enough to apply it gradually. For example, labor reform in Spain has been increasing the standards with which the rights worker is stripped.

4. The strategy to differ. For the mass to accept an unpopular decision, it is presented as “painful and necessary”, obtaining public acceptance at the time for future application. A clear example is seen in Spain with the rise in pensions: "we have to deindex the CPI because if the entire public pension system is not at risk". This caused that the first year, people accepted a rise of 0.25% with some resignation, but thinking that things would improve. The second year, when the pension increase is also 0.25%, there are already people who are questioning this decision that politicians took at the time. However, the damage is done, and it is very unlikely that the previous system of linking pensions to the CPI will be returned.

5. Address the public as young creatures. A clear example is seen in the ads. Squeaky voices and arguments of very little weight.

6. Use the emotional aspect much more than reflection. Through the media we are inoculated with fear, helplessness, insecurity.

7. Keep the public in ignorance and mediocrity. “The quality of education given to the lower social classes must be as poor and mediocre as possible, so that the distance of ignorance that you plan between the lower classes and the upper social classes is and remains impossible to reach for the lower classes (see 'Silent weapons for quiet wars). ” A clear example is seen in countries where the Public University begins to increase the rates of their tuition fees and decrease the quality of the services offered.

8. Encourage the public to be complacent with mediocrity and lower their vibration with foods of low nutritional level. We only have to watch most television programs, where highly uneducated and unreflective characters become opinion makers and referents. As for food, think about the octane that precooked, frozen foods, even fresh ones that have been grown with pesticides, genetically engineered, etc. can have.

9. Find an equal to whom to blame and attack. Make us believe that the one next to me is to blame for my situation. All this to make us, all of us, not unite and ask for those who govern us.

10. Knowing individuals better than they know themselves. Through the sciences such as social psychology, neuropsychology, sociology, etc. All this to exercise control and social submission.

As you can see the media, information, play a fundamental role in carrying out these 10 points. That the next time you see a news on television, will you see it with other eyes?

Gandhi: "Be the change you want to see in the world"

It is clear that we cannot "save the world." Now, we can work on ourselves, on our personal and spiritual growth, and all of this will have a positive impact on our closest environment. It is a matter of each of us contributing our grain of sand, and getting more and more people to join this critical mass to escape, as far as possible from these control and submission systems.

Five Measures that can help you be

"Watch your thoughts, for they will become your words. Watch your words, because they will become your actions. Take care of your actions, because they will become your habits. Take care of your habits, because they will become your destiny. ”- Ghandi

Taking into account the individual responsibility that each of us have, I give you some suggestions to help you increase your personal power. Help you change the "I can't", for the "And why not?"

1. Believe in yourself. Believe in your talents, in the decisions you make. No matter what others believe in you, if you don't do it, whatever you undertake will be destined to fail. As much as we are told by the side we are worth, the first step is to be able to see it in ourselves.

2. Take responsibility for your decisions and actions. Flee from infantilism and immaturity. This includes recognizing your part in any conflict or outcome, including recognizing and taking responsibility for both success and failure. Do not wait for life, or others, to make the decisions that you should make. Very simple, and very complex at the same time: if I'm right, I'm right, and if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. We come to this planet to learn, to take sides, to live with intensity, hence it is important that you get wet, make decisions.

3. Give yourself permission to make a mistake. It is essential to know that if you are wrong in your decision you can change it. Nothing is written in stone. If something you are doing does not lead to the expected result, implement the actions you consider, change that decision or that action plan. Accept the error as normal, which is part of our growth. Who is wrong, usually learn. Who is wrong is because it does.

4. Accept and integrate your light and your shadow. Nobody is perfect. Perfection does not exist. Each of us has our strengths and weaknesses, orientations and motivations, in short, character traits that we may like more or less. One of the things that I usually observe in the Akashic sessions that I carry out is the fierce self-criticism that people do. A self-criticism without compassion. Light and shadow are necessary, because precisely in the shadow we find a gray scale where what is negative is not as negative as it seems. On the other hand, we are so focused on our shadow, that what really scares us is our own light.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful without limit.
It is our light, not the darkness that scares us the most.
We ask ourselves: who am I to be bright, precious, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you to not be?
You are son of the universe.
The fact of playing to be small does not serve the world.
There is nothing illuminating in shrinking you so that other people near you do not feel insecure.
We are born to make manifest the glory of the universe that is within us.
Not only some of us: It is within each and every one.
And while we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
And by freeing ourselves from our fear, our presence automatically frees others. ”

- Speech by Nelson Mandela as President-elect of South Africa in 1994.

5. Kick your fears. Who has a why always finds a how. Get out of your comfort zone, get out of the complaint, get out of victimhood. Nothing can be changed from victimhood, from the view that nothing can be done. It paralyzes us.

What do you decide to be: spectator of your life, or protagonist?

I know that everything stated above is not easy to do. We have many conditioning, cultural, social, family, psychological.

And if we start to test with curiosity, how do children ?. What do we lose? and what do we win?
