New Moon Group Meditation - December 2018
Those who are familiar with the Great White Brotherhood know that a powerful meditation called REC3 has been working for a decade . This refers to the creation of a grid of Critical Energy on 3 levels, to facilitate the opening of consciousness and help raise the vibration worldwide. Monthly, a meditation with this purpose is published on each Full Moon. Now, as a complement we start the monthly publication of meditations on each New Moon taking advantage of the specific energy of this phase.
New Moon Meditation to Harmonize Emotional Energy
To begin it is important that we talk about the Moon, its characteristics and the influence it has on us. The Moon is related to feminine energy, emotions and is linked to the water element. As we know the Moon is cyclical and changing, it goes through several states during the month, from which we can easily recognize the crescent, full, dwindling Moon and a “Moonless” phase where we are lost sight of, This phase has been called the Black Moon and corresponds to the New Moon.
The Moon represents the feminine power. It relates to archetypes such as the Mother Goddess and the Queen of heaven. It has also been understood as the antagonist of the Sun that reigns in darkness and the fruitful force of nature. The Moon influences the tides, the crops, our mood and also our behavior, which is why since ancient times, ancestral cultures had lunar calendars that guided their daily activities, They knew that depending on the type of moon there was a certain type of energy that was more convenient for a certain class of activities. Even to this day, the common one of the people conserves some of these customs and we know for example, that the appropriate moment to cut the hair so that it grows beautiful and healthy is the one of the waning moon and if we want to harvest some type of plant we must do it in crescent moon.
The New Moon radiates the fertile energy necessary to conceive and develop a new life according to Gaia's new neutral energy. The New Moon brings regeneration , the energy and strength necessary for new beginnings, to leave behind self-destructive tendencies, addictions, compulsions, intense dual emotions such as jealousy, envy, hatred, anger, conditioned love that impede our evolution and Development as humans.
Entering a little in the field of astrology and its mythology, it is convenient to know that the Moon as regent of the cancer sign is related to the “perfect” mother, always worried about the welfare of her large family, but at the same time a mother controlling, obsessive and overwhelming that can be overprotective and suffocating. The Moon is also linked to fertility, motherhood, susceptibility, excessive feelings, inconstancy and irresponsibility.
About this kind of meditation and healing
Before we begin, we would like to tell you a little about the meditation we are going to do. It is designed from Cosmic Quantum Genetic Healing, so we will use sounds at very high frequencies corresponding to the Moon as such and to the Moonstone and Smoky Quartz crystals that support us in this process. These sounds, having a very high frequency, are perceived as a high-pitched sound, like “a whistle” that can bother certain people but is indispensable because it is precisely this sound that penetrates our cells changing our DNA and the programming that this bring. So when you are doing the practice just breathe and release, focus on your breathing and affirmations and so the frequency will be less annoying.
For this emotional neutralization process we will use as audible frequencies tuned to 435 Hz for the transmutation of our DNA (they are in the recording); We will use a Moonstone crystal located in the solar plexus and if you have Egyptian Sacred Essences you can use Musk (Musk) in your second chakra. Put a glass of water next to the meditation player and drink this water at the end, as it has been charged and often for the harmonization of emotions. Repeat this meditation for 7 days in a row.
