Prepare for Earth's Vibration Changes - Polaris

Most of you reading this are already aware at some level of the change that your planet and those who inhabit it are experiencing right now. The change has been going on for a long time (it could be argued successfully that the change is a constant state), but the degree and intensity of the change has been on the rise and now it is something that many of you can perceive or feel in various levels We would like to offer our encouragement and support for these changes, as well as some practical advice on what to expect and how to go through this time with grace, while at the same time applying a conscious perception to your role in the work, your place in the general tapestry of the universe.

Signs of planetary vibration change

· Feeling of discomfort

· Disorientation

Vivid dreams

· Déjà vu, synchronicities, or similar phenomena

· Sleep problems

· Want to change, but not knowing what to change

· Feel that your personality is changing

· Want to end life as they know it

· Want to connect with people

· General discomfort

· Feel that they are receiving messages

· Feeling afraid of not being able to connect with anything known

If this is familiar to you, you are not alone. They are moving towards a time when the elevated emotional state is honored and accepted more than it has been so far. This causes some 'growth pains' over a long period of transition as they move away from what has been and get closer to what is coming. We offer you our energy support during this time, to help you in the self-understanding and growth that are going on as part of the process of being on the planet and accepting your choice to be part of the changes that are taking place.

Awareness

It is not necessary to perceive or be aware of what is happening in and around you, but awareness helps with the sense of disorientation that can occur. But how to increase awareness? We often give practical exercises that can help for your own awareness not only of Yourself and your place in that universal tapestry, but also in your awareness of the bigger picture and the connections that forge and maintain with Nature and with the millions of people connected to you in some way. We now extend one of these exercises:

Sitting calmly and comfortably, place your hands on your knees. Allow your eyes to close and let the thoughts of the day and the moment escape. They are only here now. They are only at this time, sitting and resting comfortably, with their hands on their knees. They feel the weight of their hands and the warmth that melts in the space between the hand and the knee. They breathe now, inhaling and then exhaling again, feeling once again the weight of the hand on the knee.

A circle is being created here, a circle made of its own body. From hand to knee and back up through all your chakras, then come down again with your breath to your hands again. From hand to knee, go up with your breath, go back to hand on your knee. Again and again, round and round. Feel when you perceive this circle how there are so many other circles that meet and form at the same time. At this moment, countless other people are sitting, hands on knees, breathing in twists and turns. Feel these circles, and your connection with them. Perceive that they are there, just be aware that they exist.

And then come back to yourself, your own small circle, now enlarged. Breathe and turn once more.

The next time you feel that way, your hand on your knee, a part of you will remember this connection and continue from there. It is a common posture and therefore, it will make your consciousness much deeper every time you find your body resting in this way.

Vibration

The vibrational rate of the Earth is changing and is increasing in general. This can also lead to feelings of disorientation, of losing control of your life, especially if control is a topic for you to begin with. It is a common issue, so many people are likely to be affected by this feeling that the world is moving faster than what they are prepared for.

The simplest thing to do, from our perspective, is to let go and let go of any expectations regarding what comes next, or even to have a feeling of "being well." But that is from our perspective and does not necessarily speak to the challenges of life in a physical body, where security is not always a fact.

What do we mean when we say, "let go and let go"? There are connotations with those words that can lead one to the conclusion that letting go is an arduous and painful process. Letting go and releasing simply means detaching yourself from expectations. Allow ALL possibilities, even when they can only see one or two.

Exercise to Let Go

Here they have a simple exercise, designed to help them feel more comfortable with letting go.

Close your eyes They can do this in any position, even sitting at a desk. Focus your attention on the tip of your nose. For the next moment or two, the tip of your nose is the only thing that exists. There is nothing else. If any other thought arrives, set it aside for the moment and focus on your nose again. Just the tip of his nose. There is nothing else in the universe, just the tip of his nose. There is a whole world populated at the tip of his nose. You can imagine this. A whole world, resting there on the tip of his nose. Lives are lived, loves are loved, wars are fought, babies are born, right there at the tip of his nose. Nothing else exists, only this space.

Inhale that for a moment. Just the tip of his nose. Nothing else exists.

Now, slowly, take your consciousness to a larger area. All his nose. Its mouth. His eyes. His face. There is still a world in balance on the tip of his nose, but now that universe is expanding. Expand it now again, this time at a macro level. Planets, stars. Galaxies And still, the tip of his nose. See how they coexist? The micro and the macro.

All possibilities exist at this time.

Vibratory changes also occur on a very physical level. Not only is time accelerating a bit, but there is also a sense of urgency for many people about reaching a better space personally. You will notice an emphasis on personal growth, even more than before. An additional emphasis is placed, for many people, on being aware and on REALIZING their unique life purpose.

Being part of these changes does not have to mean making any patent changes within yourself or taking any particular action, but for many this type of change becomes fundamental. Now they may find themselves wanting to completely change their lifestyle and the companies they maintain. People who were friends or were in close relationship in the past may seem less satisfying to you now. This has a lot to do with vibration - not everyone processes the vibratory changes at the same rate. Not everyone responds even to a general vibrational change in the same way. If they find themselves moving away from people, there is probably a good reason to do so. It is not that they are harmful to you, simply that they are not serving the same purpose for you. Look for new groups that support the things they consider important.

Find a passion

One thing that can help to root them through this period is to find something that they are passionate about. Not everyone is engaged in activism, but this is an excellent time for that. Activism leads a large number of people to action. Positive activism (about creating something new, not destroying what does not work) can be immensely useful at this time to root them and help find like-minded people with whom to weather together the vibratory changes. This is very important right now.

Another way to find the passion is to look inward. Is it finally time to write that book? To publish those poems? To think seriously about a change of profession? To find a personal practice that satisfies them? Use the next few months to try some new activities that you have been putting off for a while, or to resume some old project that calls you.

Go out and in

Once again, we cannot fail to underline the importance of forging a sense of connection with himself and others around him. This is a challenging time, with challenging energies, it will be worth them (and it will be worth them to others) if your connection to yourself is strong and your connection n with the spheres that surround them is recognized. Challenge yourself for the next few months, going outside and inside.

They go to people they would not have gone to in the past. Whether you have dismissed them or felt discarded by them, now is the time to recognize the connections that exist around you. They are open to presentations from others. You are open to people by giving them the gift of a phrase, a word, the title of a book, or a thought, which later becomes a part of you. They are open to new experiences and new perceptions. Others are changing as quickly as you, and just like you, are looking for an anchor in the storm. Remember that you give as much as you receive if not more.

Go inward to deeper places within you. Yes, there are dark corners that have been avoided. Now is the time to make the light shine on them and invite them to their experience. Become friends with your darkness. Find ways to indulge in small things - a bunch of flowers, an ice cream cone, 20 minutes to make a quick drawing. Perceive the connection between you and your larger Self that exists within.

You are part of the change. Everything you do is helping to create, maintain, and support life on this planet as you know it is. Every breath and every moment is important. You are important.
