Do you want to rest in total tranquility and peace ? Do you wish to raise your energy vibration ? Do you wish to free yourself from past burdens? I want to invite you to join and do this exercise before bedtime recommended by our great Master Saint Germain, it is fantastic!

What is the pre-sleep exercise that Master Saint Germain confides in?

(Grandmaster Saint Germain wishes to teach you an extraordinary exercise before bedtime, enjoy it!)

I want to share with you a simple exercise, but of great power. Our Master Saint Germain wanted to share with us this exercise before bedtime, in order to help us free ourselves from burdens of the past; in turn, raise our energy vibration, attracting prosperity, successes, blessing and abundance.

This exercise before bedtime I want to detail in four fundamental steps, so you will avoid getting confused at the time of development. Let us begin…

First Step :

Close your eyes, feel your breath (exhale and inhale), feel the beating of your heart, feel calm and peaceful. Try to calm your mind and body as much as you can, get away from you any worries or distractions.

Second Step :

When you are completely calm, begin to visualize and feel an extraordinarily White and Radiant Light that envelops your entire body . Feel how this White Light fills your mind, your brain, your heart, reaches all your limbs and other visual and hidden organs of your body . Spend the necessary time, avoid performing a mediocre exercise .

In this step, feel the connection you have with your inner and outer body, feel the presence of the Almighty in you, recognize the presence of the Universe that exists in you. Focus on your heart, feel it and live it like a great Golden Sun that expands all its rays throughout your body. Spend all the time you need.

Third Step :

Already surrounded by the great Power of Light, the Almighty and the Universe, read aloud the following Decree: “ I accept the Fullness of my Beloved Presence and my Pure Christ. I am Protected from all evil and danger, I am Enlightened, I am Provided by the Great Light, I Love, Need and Bless the Light

For as long as you wish, I invite you to intensify the Great Light in your body, in each of your cells, in each of your atoms, feel it in your mind and in your heart with great desire and intensity. The Light is peace, the Light is love, the Light is goodness, the Light is your Kingdom.

Fourth Step :

Feel your breath again, feel your heartbeat, sit down and experience being very relaxed, in peace and joy. Slowly open your eyes, place yourself in the now, in the present, in the here.

Recommendations for exercising before bedtime :

* Learn from memory each of the steps I have given you in detail.

* Learn from memory the Decree that you will pronounce in the third step.

* Practice the exercise daily two to three times before doing it at night before bedtime .

* Do the exercise in a quiet space, hopefully in the intimate of your rest room.

* If you have a partner, it would be great if they did the exercise together, it will increase your connection in a surprising way !

* Perform the exercise before bed with a comfortable, light and simple clothing, a simple pajamas would be ideal.
