The immediate task of the New Group of World Servants is to be able to mold the ideas of men according to the necessary changes of thought and the new work technique that must be developed throughout the world. Por otra parte, ¿cuáles son las actividades del alma cuando la personalidad está ocupada exclusivamente con sus propios asuntos? ¿Pueden imaginar una época en que el desarrollo de la conciencia alcance la etapa donde existe una reacción sensoria, en todos los sectores de la naturaleza del hombre y todo sea registrado por el cerebro? Los hombres ya son conscientes de la actividad del plano físico y simultáneamente de la vivencia emocional. Esto, para la mayoría, es una condición común y corriente. Donde es posible registrar dos actividades a la vez, ¿por qué no tres o cuatro al mismo tiempo? Tal vez el futuro que tiene por delante la raza, y los discípulos activos serán los primeros en expresar y demostrar esta expansión de conciencia.

De este modo deben ser desarrollados y acrecentados, porque también están íntimamente eslabonados entre sí.

He puntualizado el desarrollo del futuro inmediato del discípulo individual. ¿Qué tiene por delante el grupo en el futuro inmediato?

Ante todo, un período preliminar en que surgirá la conciencia pública y hará así sentir su presencia. Esto se efectuará mediante la constante comunicación de los nuevos ideales y el continuo énfasis puesto sobre la unicidad esencial de toda la humanidad, resultado de la uniformidad y la inclusividad de la nota emitida en todas partes. Durante esta etapa no debe haber trabajo apresurado ni acción precipitada de ninguna especie. (4-307/10).

2. Más adelante, como resultado de su relación telepática y de sus conferencias conjuntas, surgirán ciertos grupos y escuelas esotéricas de desarrollo, con el fin de equiparlos más rápidamente para el servicio mundial. En estas escuelas se enseñarán los métodos de meditación, la intensificación de la vibración, las leyes del universo y el correcto empleo del color y del sonido. Pero todo estará subordinado a la idea del servicio ya la elevación de la humanidad. También las escuelas mencionadas en el libro Cartas sobre Meditación Ocultista vendrán gradualmente a la existencia. (4-312).

Trabajo Creador

¿Cuál es el trabajo creador que enfrenta a los Ashramas de la Jerarquía ya los miembros del nuevo grupo de servidores del mundo que trabajan en forma creadora bajo la inspiración y la impresión de la Jerarquía? Ese trabajo se clasifica en dos partes:

1. La tarea de poner orden en el caos.

2. La tarea de preparar el camino para la reaparición de Cristo.

Mucho deber realizarse para cambiar las condiciones, instituir nuevos valores y producir la entrada de una civilización totalmente nueva – civilización que permita la exteriorización de los ashramas o de la Jerarquía y, por lo tanto, la restitución del control jerárquico o espiritual, tal como fue conocido en antiguos días atlantes, sólo que esta vez en una vuelta más elevada de la espiral, y también con la inteligente colaboración y sabia ayuda de la humanidad, factor que faltaba en la civilización anterior. Cuando el aspirante individual haya considerado esto durante la meditación reflexiva y concentrada y también durante la meditación reflexiva y conjunta de los numerosos grupos espiritualmente orientados que existen hoy en el mundo, y cuando el nuevo grupo de servidores del mundo y la Jerarquía trabajen en una más estrecha colaboración, entonces la visualización y la proyección de la civilización propuesta habrán alcanzado un punto de precipitación muy definido e importante. Entonces, el llamado invocador de la conjunta Jerarquía y del nuevo grupo de servidores del mundo será tan potente que evocará una respuesta de la humanidad, siguiéndole un ciclo de organización, planificación y expresión efectiva. La reflexión, la meditación y la visualización darán lugar al pensamiento científico (que es esencialmente meditación) ya la necesaria actividad en el plano físico. (6-195/6).

Ritmo Cíclico del Trabajo del Nuevo Grupo

Todos los procesos creadores avanzan con ritmo clásico. El ritmo fijado por el nuevo grupo de servidores del mundo es de un ciclo de tres años, y usted se ajusta al mismo ritmo. En mayo de 1936 terminó uno de estos ciclos. Debe tener muy en cuenta estas fechas y preparar sus planes para el futuro. De este modo trabajará de acuerdo con la ley y en la línea de menor resistencia. Procure que cada ciclo de tres años se ajuste al ritmo de creación. En el primer año ponga el énfasis en la actividad del principio que está en manifestación, utilizando lo que aparezca, y con ello tiene que trabajar. En el segundo año, procure que surja y se escuche con claridad la cualidad de la nota. En el tercer año, deje que todos vean detrás de la forma, expresándose por medio de la cualidad, la vivencia y la actividad de la vida que mora internamente. Tenga en cuenta esto mientras consolida el trabajo. La tónica del primer año de trabajo debe ser consolidación; la del segundo, expansión; mientras que en el tercero debe hacer un impacto definido en la conciencia pública, emitiendo y haciendo resaltar claramente determinada nota. Si se recuerda este ordenamiento cíclico, no se cometerán errores serios… El nuevo grupo de servidores del mundo debe trabajar en ciclos de tres años, y es necesario construir los cimientos para alcanzar esta realización cíclica. Este ritmo cíclico eliminará la tensión; sin embargo, permitirá que los trabajadores del grupo se den cuenta de que no hubo fracaso. Es imposible hacer un buen trabajo cuando se cree que se ha fracasado o no ha habido realización. (5-163/4).

El Plan para la Humanidad

1. Se debe comprender, primero, que existe un Plan para la humanidad y que este Plan ha existido siempre. Se ha manifestado a trav s del desarrollo evolutivo, durante épocas pasada, como también a través de ese impulso especial dado época tras época por los grandes intuitivos e instructores de la raza. Existe un número suficiente de hombres y mujeres en el mundo adecuadamente desarrollados que pueden hacer contacto con y trabajar para el Plan. Está llegando a ser un reconocimiento grupal más que una revelación intuitiva. En segundo término, se debe observar que existe en nuestro planeta un grupo de hombres y mujeres que pertenecen a todas las naciones, se hallan definitivamente en el Sendero del Discipulado y, por eso, sirven definitivamente a la raza. Se han unido, subjetivamente, en una entidad denominada Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo, a falta de un nombre más apropiado. Sus características son bien conocidas, porque algunas personas han hecho un cuidadoso estudio de este grupo durante dos o tres años, y también innumerables personas forman parte de él.

Es alentador para nosotros comprobar que el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo trabaja en conexión con el Plan de los Grandes Seres, que emerge con rapidez y numéricamente se ha acrecentado en forma vital durante los últimos años y existe más estrecha fusión interna que nunca. El grupo está compuesto de:

i. El núcleo interno, está formado por servidores activos, conocidos como los discípulos que están en contacto consciente con el Plan y trabajan afanosamente para desarrollarlo.

ii. Los que han respondido a la visión, tal como les ha sido presentada por ese núcleo interno, y se han alineado definitivamente del lado del Plan, siendo, por lo tanto, hombres y mujeres de buena voluntad.

En conexión con estos dos grupos, existe un público que aumenta y responde considerablemente a las nuevas ideas. Ha expresado su interés y ver materializado en forma adecuada el Plan en el mundo. Deben las distintas necesidades de estos grupos, y éste es el problema que pasa los que trabajan en colaboración consciente con la Jerarquía. (15-492/3).

2. Se ha afirmado que Quienes constituyen el gobierno interno del mundo, la llamada Jerarquía planetaria, trabajan para facilitar la entrada de los nuevos ideales y objetivos en la conciencia de la raza, ideales y objetivos que caracterizan a la Nueva Era. Esta afirmación es importante pues indica que el esfuerzo que se está haciendo hoy está de acuerdo con el desarrollo evolutivo de nuestro planeta, por lo tanto, su éxito final es seguro. El trabajo que el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo se empeña en realizar, está destinado a acelerar ese proceso, evitando así un largo período de dificultad y desorden. Aunque este esfuerzo tenga éxito o no, lo mismo se logrará el objetivo final, pero puede acelerarse si los hombres valoran cabalmente la situación inmediata que enfrentan y dan los pasos necesarios para cambiar la situación actual.

El nuevo Plan de los Grandes Seres es sólo una extensión, en último análisis, del Plan que siempre ha existido. No se ha efectuado ningún cambio en la idea fundamental. El éxito del esfuerzo actual depende de la disponibilidad de las fuerzas que representan la rectitud progresista y la capacidad de los discípulos del mundo para actuar al unísono, a fin e influenciar a la opinión pública en forma tal que pueda producirse un cambio mundial en la actitud humana. Pero los miembros del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo no deben disipar sus esfuerzos en actividades secundarias; ya tendrán tiempo para ocuparse de ellas cuando se haya logrado la principal finalidad. Puede decirse que los objetivos inmediatos del Plan son:

i. Elevar el nivel de la conciencia humana, de manera que los hombres y mujeres inteligentes y reflexivos estén conscientemente en contacto con el mundo de las ideas y el reino de la percepción intuitiva. Esto significa que podrán ser orientados hacia la realidad…

Esta no es la descripción de una utopía inmediata. La modificación de la situación actual, aún en pequeña medida, es una tarea hercúlea y pondrá a prueba, al máximo, los recursos del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo.

ii. El esclarecimiento de la situación internacional, es el segundo objetivo de Quienes desarrollan el Plan. Es necesario que cada nación se dé cuenta de dos cosas: Primero, la importancia que tiene ocuparse de sus propios asuntos y problemas internos, de embellecer la vida nacional mediante el orden, la estabilización y, sobre todo, la libertad. Cada nación debe ajustarse internamente a la paz. Esto no debe consumarse por medio de las fuerzas armadas de algún grupo poderoso, sino considerando inteligentemente las necesidades del pueblo, sin exceptuar ningún sector de la vida nacional.

Segundo, la necesidad primordial de que cada nación comprenda su responsabilidad hacia las demás naciones, y la interrelación que existe en todas las partes de la vida de nuestro mundo…

El tercer objetivo es fomentar la idea de formar grupos que tengan como base la comprensión, la interrelación y la buena voluntad grupales. Estos son los cuatro ideales de ese grupo subjetivo que trabaja en el plano físico denominado el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo.

Si dichos ideales llegan a materializarse, este nuevo grupo proporcionará un núcleo para ese futuro grupo mundial que unificará gradualmente a todos los hombres en pro de la verdadera hermandad…

Este grupo proporcionará una entidad internacional, compuesta de hombres inteligentes y de buena voluntad, que inevitablemente controlarán el destino del mundo y traerán la paz mundial, organizando así el nuevo orden mundial. Lo harán sin emplear los antiguos sistemas políticos, la propaganda violenta y la fuerza organizada, característica del viejo sistema. Su método es la educación; moldearán la opinión pública y fomentarán la mutua buena voluntad y la interdependencia nacional, religiosa y económica. Lo que realmente están tratando de hacer es despertar una actividad más plena un aspecto de la naturaleza humana que siempre ha estado presente, pero subordinado hasta ahora a fines egoístas o ambiciosos. Los seres humanos son bondadosos por naturaleza, cuando sus mentes no están distorsionadas ni su visión afectada por la falsa enseñanza de los intereses egoístas, la propaganda política y las dificultades raciales o religiosas.

…Estas metas no se alcanzarán mediante la propaganda apoyada por la fuerza, sino por el ejemplo, y respaldados por el sacrificio y el amor. Otro objetivo importante del Plan que se materializará posteriormente cuando las condiciones mundiales hayan mejorado, es el surgimiento de ese grupo de almas que actuará en el plano físico, del cual el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo es el representante externo. Esta aparición puede denominarse, en la fraseología cristiana, el segundo advenimiento de Cristo y Sus Discípulos, o la manifestación de la Jerarquía planetaria, o la aparición de los Maestros de Sabiduría, los cuales restablecerán en la tierra los antiguos misterios e instituirán nuevamente la Orden de la Iniciación.

Tal es la idea amplia y general de los objetivos del Plan y la meta de sus Custodios. Cada etapa del mismo constituye un campo de servicio activo, y todas las personas de buena voluntad y los miembros del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo tienen su lugar en uno de su sectores. Los miembros de este grupo son, en realidad, intermediarios entre los Custodios del Plan, que expresan la mente y el propósito de Dios, y el público inteligente. Constituyen el “club de cerebros” del planeta, porque luchan en forma definida con el problema de la inquietud y la angustia existente en los campos económico, político y religioso. A través de ellos debe realizarse el Plan y, si trabajan con el deseado altruismo y sabiduría y demuestran la destreza necesaria en la acción eventualmente obtendrán mucho poder; un poder basado en la inteligente buena voluntad, en la correcta compresión de la hermandad y en la determinación de lograr el bien del todo y no el bien de ciertos sectores de la vida nacional, o de ciertas naciones a expensas de otros sectores y otras naciones. De allí que recalquen constantemente la necesidad de pensar en términos de buena voluntad hacia la totalidad. (15-494/7).
