SELF-HEALING THROUGH THE TRANSMISSION OF

THE NEW ENERGY

To develop this technique we will use three instruments:

1.- ENERGY CHAKRAS OR VORTICES.

2.- BREATHING

3.- HANDS

And two Tools:

1.- ATTENTION

2.- INTENTION

ENERGY CHAKRAS OR VORTICES

Chakra in Sanskrit means "Swirl of Fire", "Swirl of Energy", "Wheel in Motion" or "Wheel that spins".

According to the Ancient Spiritual Traditions, these Energy Whirlpools: Assimilate, Transmit and Distribute Subtle Energy.

They are shaped like inverted cones, which constantly feed us energy.

We can also see them as energy objects where an interaction of electric charges is carried out at different levels of vibration and movement.

When an energy block is registered in the chakras, it is when we are diagnosed with a disease.

When we harmonize the Energy Vortices, an exchange between the physical body and the cosmos is generated and the individual becomes able to capture and transmit in a conscious, easy and direct way the cosmic energy.

There are seven main chakras that feed our physical body energy. The portal of each one, gets to measure more or less 2 cms. diameter.

For the easy location of the chakras, since their names are difficult for us to pronounce, we will identify them by numbers.

LOCATION OF THE CHAKRAS

C7.- is located in the highest part of the head; in the center of the semicircle that

C6.- Located in the center of the forehead.

C5.- On the Vertebral Column in the cleft that forms between the cervical seventh

and the first dorsal.

C4.- On the Spine between the scapulae of the shoulder blades ... on the opposite side

from the heart.

C3.- On the Spine ... placed at the navel ... in the center of the horizontal

It forms with the hip bones.

C2.- On the Vertebral Column between the last lumbar vertebra and the coccyx.

C1.- Located in the Periné, which is the bridge that forms between the genitals and the anus.

Each week they will receive one or two communications in follow-up to the learning of this Technique, thus giving them the necessary time for their corresponding practice and understanding.

Now we will talk about the second instrument:

THE BREATHING

It is a biological process to obtain Energy ... Life.

To reach a clearer understanding of its importance, we should speak, although slightly, about the Nervous System:

The Nervous System is divided into two primary components:

1.- The Voluntary Nervous System that, as the name implies, is at the service of the

will comes into play when we move or express something.

2.- The Involuntary Nervous System that controls bodily functions such as:

a) .- The heartbeat

b) .- The hormonal secretion

c) .- Digestion

d) .- Blood circulation

e) .- THE BREATH

Normally we do not intervene in the functions of the Involuntary Nervous System. but

in the respiratory process somehow we can intervene. This is so far, the only involuntary function that we can modify.

a) .- We can hold our breath

b) .- Alter your rhythm (speed, slowness, depth)

c) .- Exhale faster

d) .- Inhale slower, etc.

In other words, these conscious or unconscious respiratory patterns reflect our emotional states.

a) .- When we are tense, breathing is faster and shallower

b) .- If we are agitated, we breathe more quickly and excessively to hyper-

oxygenate

c) .- If we get scared, we gasp.

d) .- If we feel relief, we sigh, etc.

Every connection we make with our own bodies (Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) is wonderful and without a doubt it is also, having the power to influence our thoughts consciously, to change or transform our mood as necessary.

While fresh food and water are important sources of energy BREATHING is the main source.

I will not go further on this subject because with what has already been said, it can be concluded that meaning BREATHING is of vital importance.

I will only tell you one more thing about it: By practicing the deepening of BREATHING, we increase our sensitivity to the reception and transmission of energy and when we focus the attention on the respiratory rhythm, we become aware of the sense of space and clarity that inhalation and exhalation create, leaving us open to receive the flow of the New Energy with your Love code.

Now we are going to practice an exercise of Contact with our true Self ... We are going to empty ourselves to be filled with the New Energy.

PREPARATION

a) .- Sitting ... Open Eyes

b) .- The feet supported on the floor, handling the intention of making contact with

the earth

c) .- The spine straight

d) .- Harmonious "normal" breathing ... relaxed

e) .- Hands on knees with palms down

f) .- Stop all internal dialogue…. We are Present and Conscious in the Here and in

Now.

FIRST PHASE

CLEANING PHASE

a) .- We continue with our eyes open

b) .- Conscious breathing, soft, deeper and with equal times, can be

in sixteen times (four seconds on inhalation, four sec. retaining,

four sec. on exhalation, four sec. retaining empty, to return to

start the cycle).

c) .- Inspire through the nose

d) .- Exhale through the mouth, slowly and continuously

e) .- Take three full breaths with these indications

SECOND STAGE

INTENTION

Each time they take a full breath, they do it with the intention of taking out all the problems that cause them worries, anguish, etc. They will be emptied of the Old Energy, to be filled with the New Energy and since in each breath they will be permeated by Divine Love, feel in each breath how this power (Love) expands it through all the cells of your physical body, how your emotional body permeates, your mental body, and how you get all your bodies to unify with your spiritual body

a) .- Close your eyes

b) .- Normal breathing ... without judging it

c) .- Vizualize the chakras one by one, starting with C7

d) .- Do it effortlessly (Take your time)

e) .- Duration of the Second Phase, 5 min. (Preferably use a timer and

accompany with music to meditate).

THIRD PHASE

RETOMING THE CONTACT WITH THE ENVIRONMENT

a) .- We return the indications of the First Phase to the letter, but now,

Managing the Intention to contact us with our surroundings.

It is important that when they do the Contact exercise in their homes, it is in a quiet place avoiding any interference from him.
