In October we went through two mega-explosions / major improvements. They really hit our bodies very hard. These cosmic codes are more than powerful . The immensity of the rewrite is beyond words.
Some may not notice anything physically. It depends on the phases of the Body of Light and it is that the more Light there is, the more we will be “ on the mat ” when they touch us, because our main objective is integration.
Everything in our body that is part of an old program goes through a massive cleaning process. The denser the physique is, the denser the program is and the deeper it acts through us. The more aware we are, the more we abandon ourselves to the process and often, in the early stages it is rather an "external" chaos, confusion and "events that occur."
We are in the middle of a year of cleaning models
We cannot access this ESSENTIAL Portal / passage from 11 - 11 - 11 - 11 - 11 - 11 until all dense / old belief programs that “ need to leave ” are removed.
It means a lot to let go. In all areas. This can turn our world upside down, lead us to different essential aspects of ourselves and more. Sometimes they are only deep emotions, deeply repressed things. Sometimes a shock, if we need to be shocked / awake ... it is different for each of us.

After our second five-day explosion we began a massive process of cleaning the model / deep cells .
I was also "touched" ( in the cosmic belly ) ... it took me about two days to clean it completely and yet, throughout the week we demonstrated how hard the groups clean these heavy programs. So be patient and gentle with yourself and with your body. Honor everything you need. If you are happy, congratulations. It is a mixture of both. Clean heavy things while I was still in heaven, although I had more than enough / I did it anyway.
All this is more than enormous, it is very important and necessary for the lower timelines / frequency bands to dissolve, resolve, disintegrate even more. Holding on creates suffering, being ready to change in all areas is very important for all of us.
