What are you so afraid of? Because what you fear most and more time occupies your mind, is what you become.
Live the detachment of emotions but not from indifference, do not turn your back on your emotions or those of some fellow yours.
What you feel, live it, but not to get stuck in that feeling but so that from acceptance you can redeem it and turn it into an experience and learning that will undoubtedly nourish you and make you grow.

Love yourself and with the same intensity love the life that your eyes reach to contemplate and your senses to understand.
In the smallest, in the simple, in solitude and in the company there are great moments to learn and to find the Being that is in you.
Go forward even if the road is winding, because what is hidden from your eyes, great surprises can present. May fear not stop you on the road since there are more paths of light than of darkness and yet, darkness announces the light.
Love yourself with the same quality with which you can love another being.
