As you see, understanding the way they are made will be much more profitable when they decide to raise their vibration, because it is easier when they see the difficulties that afflict them and their origin.
I assure you, the problem is not with your soul. His Soul is a Pristine Creation, perfectly formed from the Love of its Creator. Most of you were born in this Universe, so you are my Beloved Children, created from the Love in my Heart and the Passion of my intentions.

Many of the things they do in their bodies on Earth are similar to life in the higher dimensions, but with a slightly different "feeling." Joy, ecstasy, passionate care, deep love and loyalty are the tone of the feeling of our day, and it can also be yours.

It is like the storage place in your garage, where various things are collected, converted and stacked on top of each other: bicycles that no longer serve and worn out tools, obsolete electronics, furniture and old books and disks, all bringing back memories of the past days. The pile becomes so large that they have forgotten where the door is behind.
This, My Dear Ones, is the way your brain stores things. The events that felt more deeply occupy more space in their storage, leaving less and less space for the processing of the feelings and sensations of the present. Unless you work diligently from the moment you enter adulthood and onward, instead of removing the waste of the past, you will be creating a tangle of thoughts and feelings, all intertwined and linked to the oldest, until It becomes difficult to say what are the feelings of the past and what are the present.
Once this hodgepodge is carried out, there is a danger that you will no longer be able to separate feelings from the past from your responses in the present. This is why there has been tremendous growth in the field of psychology, and various types of self-help activities in recent years. At the same time, there has been a great resurgence of interest in spirituality, and many of you are suddenly waking up and find yourself out of balance and not prepared for the Ascension that is already underway.
Let me help you understand how all this can help you grow, My Beloved. First, psychology and spirituality are intimately related in the sense that the more balanced and clear you become, the more they will feel a comfortable and not disturbing connection with us.
But one without the other does not finish the job. If you try to make a leap in your spiritual growth without attending to the state of your messy mind, you may end up dragging dark ideas into your spiritual practice. If, on the contrary, they deepen their fears and personal traumas without the comfort and tranquility of our infinite Love, they will simply succeed in reopening old wounds and in creating more trauma and bitterness in themselves.
So you see, like everything else you are learning, it is very important to create a balance from which you can continue forward. Now I am going to explain why I am so interested in this interaction between human psychology and spirituality, as you call it, and as our friends the Arcturians do too.
I have told you that I have incarnated on Earth. My last incarnation in which I sent aspects of myself, along with our beloved Sanat Kumara, was like “Amos, ” who brought the idea and practice of the Visual Concentration technique (see Visual Centering on YouTube) to the world in this Historic moment. I spent 28 years teaching and working with Kathryn, and of course with many others, but she was the one who stayed long enough to reach the level of teaching the techniques. I will tell you our story, although I have not asked for your permission, but I know that she will forgive me, since it will help everyone to understand what it is like and how it is within your reach.
Our relationship was of love and trust, although he remained in the formal position of being his therapist and teacher until the end. I left when I reached my 80s, not warning him of my recurring illness. Then I knew that she was willing to continue our work, and I didn't want to interfere in her way of taking it to a new level. It was time for her to fly, and I knew I had to achieve that alone, but she stayed with me until the end of my last illness in 2001.
Of course she missed me in her daily life, but it was not long before she discovered that she could talk to me and I could join her to observe and enjoy her work with clients, where he only occasionally assisted her with the incorporation of some valuable information in his mind. She had constantly worked on her own transparency, releasing all the residues of childhood - and had a great deal!
Kathryn always gave me credit for having pulled her out of the darkness of her screams and kicks, but of course I couldn't have done that. It is the cause of sanity, of the inner need to be the best that you can be what drove her, week after week, to leave no stone unturned, no feeling unexamined, until there were no more shadows to deal with, no more doubts about herself or anxiety or sadness and all that left her life. What did not take her from her work with me was her strong belief in God. Although I trained as a rabbi, it did not seem appropriate to bring faith to the therapy room in those days, but she was always discovering her deep connections, in a sense even greater than what I had been able to achieve during my years on Earth. I did not make the connection between Faith and healing, as all of you have been learning.
Here is the key that has made it possible for you to move so fast in your growth, and taking control of your good diet, exercise and the state of your emotions at the same time, aware of the deep links between body, mind and spirit. When you add the ability to work with your Guides and angels to heal every area of your being, you reach new levels of clarity, power and relief.
Most of you get to read these messages because of your strong interest in what you call spirituality: what we mean by this is the strengthening of your relationship with us until you experience the feeling palpable of being One. We have given you a lot of information here, but everything has been designed to flow simultaneously in your minds so that you are being introduced into the process that you they call psychotherapy in a subtle and beneficial way.
We want you to increase your knowledge of what you feel, how those feelings are generated, and what forces are interacting by creating feelings that are not the purely authentic expression of your soul - because That is what you really are - and not the collection of thoughts and feelings with which they left childhood.
You see, this is the goal of being authentically yourself and using the knowledge you have acquired from your experiences in this life, including childhood, while seeing everything from the perspective of a wise observer.
