Today we will talk about ascension. They are now beginning to see the results of the higher dimensional energies flowing in the consciousness of the world and causing the dissolution of many old paradigms, bringing receptivity to the truth, and there is much more to come.
Until now ascension has been a distant goal of hundreds of individual lives of experience and learning that are finally understood only after death with the help of the One Guides. However, at this time - NOW - planetary energy is changing and rising in frequency by the presence of many enlightened beings on Earth at this time.
There are many beings from other planets here in human form simply to add their Light to this process. The dimensionally higher Light of so many enlightened beings is serving to dissolve the false and bring the personal ascension of many while still in the physical body. Those of you reading and resonating with the messages of the Arcturians can be sure that they have chosen to be here in this powerful time to take part in this.
Ascension is the reason why many are struggling with difficult experiences. In order to switch to the dimensionally higher energy there must first be a clearance of the resonant energies that are lower dimensionally that are still stored in cellular memory - these energies cannot take you to the highest. These energies usually remain dormant, as long as the individual is comfortable and everything seems to be going well - so a powerful “wake-up call” might be necessary to shake him out of his complacency.
"Negative" experiences are not signs of failure for the spiritual student but are indications that they are ready to deepen. However, not all energies that need to be released are negative; Sometimes it is an intense connection with someone who has become so interdependent with the passage of time that this stops the student behind. Because of this important time on Earth, most of you chose birth families that would serve to activate deeply buried matters, to bring you to the conscious level where they can finally be resolved and released.
Through an honest examination of all experiences, both good and bad, you will come to realize that much of what you have accepted as the way in which things "must be done" must appear, must "work" in order that they are correct are, on the contrary, simply concepts, many of which were accepted in other lives and taken to it. Everyone has had different life experiences so everyone's clearing experiences will be different.
The universal human impersonal consciousness contains all three-dimensional thoughts and beliefs. The beliefs and ideas of this human impersonal consciousness are never yours until you personally accept them as the truth, at which time they become your state of consciousness and begin to manifest outwardly. You could say; "But I do not believe in this" or "I am spiritually conscious, so how could this be manifested in my life?" That is because the energies of duality and separation continue to resonate in cellular memory, and Any general acceptance of the 3D belief system will appear externally. There is no conscience without manifesting. Many of you could reexperience these impersonal energies as you clear them, especially those of the emotional body, but do not pull them back by making them personal again.
If it seems to you that this does not lead to anything spiritually, know that this suggestion arises from human concepts of how spiritual experiences should look. Movies, books, and even some spiritual teachers present images or ideas about ascension and spiritual evolution according to their personal experiences and state of consciousness. Each individual is different and there is no experience for everyone - believing that you have to have a particular experience is human.
Some are attracted to Eastern teachings because they learned and lived in other lives and resonate with them. Others might be attracted to the teachings of nature's path ... those of the Native Americans and other aboriginal groups. Many find themselves being attracted to convents and monasteries for no apparent reason. This is because you have lived these experiences in other lives and everything with which you resonate positively or negatively is now coming out of your conscious consciousness.
Always remember that at a certain point you no longer need the modalities - paths, rituals and teachings. These means can guide and assist you in the initial phases of awakening, but they are no longer necessary after you have realized that you are already what you are looking for and that your unity with the Source constitutes your unity with all that the Source is . The media can help an individual open up to a deeper awareness, but there comes a time when any dependency on them must cease in order for the teaching to come from within.
Clinging firmly to some path, tradition or teaching after having grown beyond it only serves to keep one in the old energy that has ended. This does not mean that they cannot occasionally work with an evolved reader or teacher, or arrange an energy session, or take any class they feel guided to take. It means that you no longer believe YOU NEED these things.
It is important that you not be judged by any human beliefs or thoughts that might flow to you, even if you accept them temporarily. Impersonal ideas are often inadvertently accepted because you continue to resonate with your energy. For example, if a person has had many previous lives of illnesses, he will be more susceptible to the concepts of health and illness floating in the universal consciousness.
Resist any temptation to feel guilty, regretful or hate yourself for the thoughts or actions that you embrace; Instead, use these insights as reminders to go deeper. If you realize that you have ignorantly accepted some belief or other that you now recognize as false, know that heaven will not fall on you nor will you be "annihilated from above" as punishment. These experiences are simply opportunities to grow, and giving them a power they don't have is duality and separation. Always remember that nothing, no word, thought, experience or appearance can ever separate you from who and what you really are. Learning becomes more gentle over time because the need to learn through struggle and pain ends.
They trust in their intuitive sense about things . If something in your life (food, books, entertainment, world perspective, etc.) no longer resonates with you, know that you have changed beyond that energy, and try not to relive it because it was in the past, no matter how nice or perfect it would have been at that time. Make a great effort not to add negative energy to external appearances; instead, reinterpret them. For example, they may have become aware of some negative or violent activity, but the spiritual reality is that all activity among living beings is the activity of interconnectivity (Love many within the One). In this case, that spiritual interconnectivity is being reflected through the 3D consciousness of separation but it is still the interaction within the One, although colored by false beliefs .
They trust that once they choose to evolve, they will be evolving, no matter what the external appearances are. It is not necessary to jump up and down, light a candle, sing certain songs, go to church every week, or stand facing a certain direction by saying certain words to get the process going. You have all evolved beyond these initial activities or you will not be reading these messages. Nothing is needed but the intention to evolve. This does not mean that they cannot go to visit a church or enjoy the beauty of a service, nor does it mean that they cannot sign a petition or tell their truth. This means that you no longer give these things a power that they don't have; in return, realize that there is only one power, and that power resides within.
There are those who believe that they already know all the answers and that there is no more to learn or understand. Sadly, this position of the ego serves to act as a box by enclosing them with their own creations and preventing them from any real spiritual growth until they are ready to open more.
Evolution is a gradual path to higher dimensional energy . Ascension is the attainment of that state of consciousness that will allow you to change at the higher frequencies. The higher and faster the frequencies are, the closer the Pure Light will be. The world of 3D is unable to see these higher frequencies with human eyes, so they deny it, but this is changing as more and more align with them. As luminous beings you allowed your energy to slow down and come back slow in order to experience 3D in order to remember the truth while you were apparently separated from it. At this point most of you are ready for completion, and are on Earth to clear once and for all any remaining energy from these lives.
Trust that they are well on their way, regardless of the lack of so-called 'spiritual experiences.' Open your hearts to the truth behind what you see outside, knowing that everyone, even those who do not appear to be awake, is releasing old energies. There are some who are not yet ready for ascension, honor them and worry about their inner work. It is not wise to try to convert to another who is not ready for his level of consciousness. Keep the truth in silence and secret in your heart, and those who are ready for what you have will find them, for energy seeks its own level.
Relax, rest, and take some time to deepen your heart, even if you have to get up at midnight to find a moment of stillness. Stay present at all times, no matter how mundane or frightening it is; This is the spiritual path that rarely comes as a burst of heavenly light that is described in the movies, except for those who have already achieved their personal ascension in a previous life.
Trust, trust, trust what is inside. It is time to claim your own Divine Power.
