In many corners of our planet we are living wars, injustices and much violence; Therefore, NGO Plan Bee calls to meditate during the month of July, every Saturday, starting at 6:00 p.m. Chile, with the intention of calming us down and generating peace on Earth.

In the last 30 years, more than 600 scientific studies have been conducted that have proven the benefits of meditation on people and their environment. Meditation reduces disease, improves the quality of life and even decreases crime and violence rates in the city.

According to Dr. Javier Garc a Campayo, psychiatrist and professor at the University of Zaragoza, meditation increases some cognitive skills such as attention, memory and concentration , as well as It is to significantly reduce the symptoms of stress and depression. It allows people to feel more serene and causes them a feeling of greater happiness .

In the 1990s, 4, 000 meditators gathered in the United States to reduce violent crime, and as measured by the FBI's Uniform Crime Report Program, observed a decrease in crime by 23.3%.

Based on the results of this study, it was estimated that maintaining a permanent group of 4, 000 participants in meditation programs focused on the same intentions used in the Project would result in a 48% reduction in crimes.

For this reason, and given all the benefits that meditation has on people and their environment, NGO Plan Bee invites you to practice meditation for at least 15 minutes every Saturday in July. “If we calm down, so will the Planet, and this is the time to unite to create peace.
