Learn how to align with your Inner Universe

Meditation can be considered as the art of the inner gaze . It is a way of reuniting and having both body and spiritual awareness of oneself. Thus, we are aware of how our organism interacts with that immense everything that is the Universe that surrounds us.

Imagination also plays a fundamental role at this point . It allows us to reconnect with how much we are unable to see or touch. So, they are tools that let us stay connected.

At this point, it seems clear that visualizing our body as its own universe is very important . So, we can imagine galaxies as if they were joints. The planets will be the cells, the spirit is reincarnated in the neurons, the souls in the blood and the chakras in the same Sun. That is, we are a huge and complex universe that grows and evolves. And if we know how to observe it, we will be able to monitor its path and ensure that it is going in the right direction.

So today we are going to propose an exercise that will allow us to show how to align with your Inner Universe . We will observe the complexities of each microcosm that is our own body. We will also be amazed to see how it is part of a larger and larger macrocosm.

But we must not forget that each organ has free will and is a whole in itself . So, respecting this is respecting ourselves.

Exercise to learn how to align with your Inner Universe

In the proposed exercise we will implement two very basic tools, which are imagination and breathing . As we know, both are necessary for a more complete and full meditation.

The first thing we will do is find a quiet place to locate ourselves. There, whether inside or outside, we will sit with total relaxation .

Next, we begin the exercise by breathing deeply. You have to feel how the lungs fill with air from the bottom to the top . Then, we exhale the oxygen in the same order in which it entered our body.

For a long time we will maintain this respiratory rhythm. So we get our body to relax, while oxygen travels through each of our capillaries, veins and arteries.

Now, keeping our breath deep, we visualize and imagine our body . Dream of veins, muscles, bones, organs ... Each part is a basic piece of a complex, perfect and wonderful cosmic organism. Think of each cell, protein and even bacteria that crosses you.

Having done this, we observe the light of each organ . Each color can be perceived in our brain. The blood, the organs, the bones ... There are the souls of our Universe, the planets, the stars, the galaxies ... And then we see our skin holding such a complex and impressive cosmic mechanism.

Now we look at the parts as less light, more muted and undefined . They may be diseased organs or bones afflicted with pain. Thus, we are able to bring the color and lighting of the areas where they shine most to the ones that receive less light .

So, for a good while, we managed to keep our balance. Our Inner Universe is being imbued with color and brightness everywhere the same . We generate breath and beauty that imbues our body, from where there is more to where it is most needed.

In this way we revitalize the universal system that is each human body . This is how to align yourself with your Inner Universe through meditation, with breath and imagination.
