ACCEPTING AND WALKING TO OUR AWAKENING
Although this meditation was carried out for the June Solstice celebration, I think it would be advisable to keep in mind at all times the true role that we must play in our decision to be aware of this change of era, so this work was received with that intention, to reaffirm that important step taken through our free will towards the call to AWAKEN; The guide of the development of the same was received through Registries and my Angel Guardian, emphasizing the connection that we must have with inner children, allowing him or her to always be with us every day during this time before the change of era; it was asked to pray a lot for the little children that are starting from this plane, for those who stay in it and for those who must come down to undertake the construction of the new world; it was indicated that we must awaken our inner vision and that she must be connected with the heart and with our spirit to help us in this ascension; It was indicated that we must leave in the past everything that prevents us from believing in ourselves and walking steadily to the spiritual path that we have forged and whose guide is our heart. It is time to stop seeing ourselves as mere human beings and begin to awaken the true vision that allows us to see ourselves as what we really are, beings made in the image and likeness of God the Father Mother ... Beings of LIGHT AND LOVE.

1) MEDITATION: ACCEPTING AND WALKING TO OUR AWAKENING
WE WILL NEED:
1 glass cup with water
1 white white or green candle
2 small quartz (those that you feel, one will remain in your home and the other will be your offering for the September equinox in Machu Picchu where members of our group will gather to celebrate it)
Incense aroma you like best
White or brightly colored clothes
Ambiental music
Put yourself in a comfortable position, start your relaxation by inhaling and exhaling several times until you are completely calm, close your eyes and visualize yourself bathed in a beautiful violet light, who draw with your rays under your feet a violet gold-colored star ... through it you will perceive the balance of your BEING with the five elements stripping you of everything that prevents you from flowing in this work that you are point of realization ... feel your body released from any chain ... from any attachment from any lock the star light will help you free yourself from all that unnecessary luggage you bring with you facilitating the connection that you will perform ...
Visualize now in front of you a beautiful column of bright white light that descends from the sky .. inhale the pure air of the column and observe how when entering through your nostrils it is impregnating with each light every part of your organism ... every organ. ... every cell ... every atom ... your body shines and turns into light ... exhale towards the spine everything that in your body is not light ... do it several times and repeat ... He and you are now one ... they have decided by their free will to walk towards the path that will lead them to be part of that great EVERYTHING .. to that connection with the Divinity ... your BEING transcends and there are no fears ... There is no doubt ... there is only harmony ... peace ... Light and LOVE .. ..Now by your free will you have decided to remember and undertake the path that will allow you the infinite connection with the Divinity, with the Father Mother…. Watch as you walk towards the light and then visualize yourself again in front of the column of light .. inhale and exhale slowly .. while you repeat again and again “I inhale light… I exhale Love”… in total calm and happiness, with all that experience of sensations wonderful you decide to open your eyes and you will take in your hands placing at the height of the heart the two quartz to impregnate them of the energy that expands from your heart.
