My intervention will take place in two stages: the first one, which is directly linked to the Vibratory processes of the Consciousness currently under way, within humanity, where I will reveal a series of mechanisms allowing them to translate and live the Fire of the Heart in the set of its ethereal structures, allowing this Fire of the Heart to become the Fire of the Ether and to be personified, in order to awaken and ignite in you the Third Fire: the Sacred. As Master of the Air in the Melchizedec Assembly, I work, in effect, in all aspects, which touch near or far, the Ether on Human Consciousness as well as the planet on which they are. Next, I will try to answer, also by the words, by the silence and by the Vibration, to the questions that I could have been born in you, in relation to what I am going to give you, in a more general way, to the Air and the Fire, by the breath, that you all know and that we have all experienced, the one that allows everyone to live, is carried out, within their structures, by specialized organs and also, and of course, both at the cellular level and at the level chemical.
Today when you reach the Fire of the Ether, human breathing is modified. This breathing is modified in order to include a new potential that is to make the Heart breathe. They would certainly say; The Heart beats and transports the blood. The Heart vibrates, when talking about the spiritual Heart. And I would add that the Heart breathes. How is it that the Heart breathes? It is an indispensable step for the heart, to allow the Sacred Fire to wake up. Breathing is well known and there are different techniques, modern, called sophrology or other ways on this planet, in addition to certain forms of Yoga, such as oriental gymnastics as the most modern techniques that are applied in relaxation therapy or other, existing even more recently. The Elders, at all times, understood that breathing was connected to Consciousness. Some modern techniques allow, the creation of hyperventilation, which changes and allows to live another state of consciousness. At present, the modifications of state of consciousness are not intended to revive a birth or trauma but, rather, to allow, as I have said, the Awakening of the Fire of the Sacrum, in principle. This process of opening the mouth was well known in many villages, primarily in Egypt, where the ritual of opening the mouth allowed the passage of the Soul. In most cases, existing techniques will anchor the breathing in the abdomen or, on the contrary, hyperventilate the upper part or participate in either participating alternately breathing through the nostrils, techniques well known in Pranayama techniques . They are going, by their own Consciousness, to transmute this open mouth breath with the Consciousness referring to the Heart chakra and very quickly, and they can do it now, they will verify that the pulsation of the Heart gives place to the breath of the Heart. Let's do that in silence and by vibration, before going any further. Simply be aware of the breath and pulsation of the Heart and the Heart chakra.

This exercise, which you can do at your discretion, without even being in meditation, will allow you to quickly access the breathing of the Heart, which will allow for a variable period of time, and a variable period of time for each of you, to pass the Fire of the Ether to the whole of the bodies and within the Sacrum, performing the process called by the well-loved Sri Aurobindo "switch of Consciousness". This process is a direct and fast process, even instantaneous, which allows you to go from dual Consciousness to Unitary Consciousness. Let's do that in silence and vibration.

Those of you who are more sensitive will perceive, beyond the Fire of the Ether and the Fire of the Sacrum, an important point of Vibration, in the lower back of the head, in its lower part. This point, some of you may have read or experienced, has been called the omega point, also called in popular traditions, whatever they are, "the warrior's eye", which allows us to see behind oneself and consequently resume Consciousness. from the outside, towards the inside. R.- Welcome in the Fire of the Ether.
Question: During this breathing process, can there be a movement of the head and certain areas of the brain that are activated?
A.- Dear brothers and dear sisters, that is totally logical. The process, otherwise, very simple to apply, will inevitably provoke the new perceptions in your body, which is its Inner Temple. New Vibrations will turn on and activate. The respiratory rate may also accelerate, as well as the heart rate. The vibrations will also be activated at the level of the sacrum and will travel through the body. Consciousness, by mobilizing the Breath in this way, can literally guide the Fire of the Ether in you, as if, and that is real, you will play a harp, and that this harp is your own body. And that the fingers that make the strings vibrate like this are the eyes of their Consciousness. The process is part of your Creative role, of your reality. That is very logical.
Question: Is it necessary to focus your attention on the Heart organ, the Heart chakra or both?
A.- It is mostly about the same region of your body space. The important thing is the attention of the Consciousness on this area of the body, is that this region is assimilated by its Consciousness in its physical aspect, and its ethereal counterpart, in the chakra or the Spiritual heart. What is important is the contribution of Consciousness in this sacred space of the Heart, encompassing all Hearts and the chakra present at that level.
Question: Is it necessary to inhale and exhale through the mouth?
R. - There is nothing else to do, just open your mouth. The air may pass indifferently through the mouth or nose, upon inspiration or expiration.
Question: When, during this breath, do you have the impression of falling asleep, can that correspond to the Consciousness switch?
R.- In its entirety.
