Question: As I continue to practice the Divine Mother program, I feel that I am diminishing the anxiety and fear that has dominated my adult life and prevented me from experiencing a fuller life. I know this is good, but the release of what I let go has become so strong that it has been unstoppable for me emotion and pain. I practice all the techniques; soften, let go, and be in the heart, but is there anything else I can do to make it softer?
Divine Mother: Yes, there is. If you are not soft enough, if you feel rough, you have to start breaking the structures - break, break, break. That tension, the fear, the feeling that every time the pain is more intense - you need to break the structures of that intensity - break them, shatter them, release them. The pain is more intense because there is something to which you are clinging very strongly that you want to be let go.
