Dear Me:

You have reached a time when you need to recognize yourself. There has to be a truce between the belligerent factions of your mind. A part of you is watching diligently to make sure you never make a mistake, and when you inevitably make it, she jumps to reprimand you and remind you of all the ways you are wrong. This judging mind is never satisfied with your progress. Nothing you could do could ever be good enough. He is relentless in his persecution of what you do wrong. It's time to tell this part of your mind to take a vacation. You need to lose yourself in the beauty of nature and leave the rest of you alone.

You are on this earthly plane to learn. Making mistakes is a way people learn lessons. It is impossible to do things right and perfectly every time. The Divine Presence does not expect this from you. What is necessary is that you follow your heart and your inner guidance. There is much wisdom within you, but it is often like a little voice calling in a wild place, drowned by critical thoughts and judgment. And yet, listening to this little voice is what would serve you most in your life. This voice is telling you that you are the son of a loving God and that there is nothing you can do to stop the flow of infinite Love .

There is also a voice from society that demands that you live up to certain expectations. When you are aligned with your Higher Self / Self, there is a flow of energy overflowing with love that allows you to enter a way of being totally connected with the inner Divine Power and around you. This energy is inviting you to be instead of doing. You are being asked to let go of the restrictive shield of society's expectations and of your mind that judges and has been conditioned by it. You are being asked to see yourself with compassion and to notice how much you are learning at this time. This time on Earth is powerful because although there is great suffering and fear there are also incredible opportunities to break into great love and peace .

Practice:

What you see in the world is colored by the way you see yourself . Can you see that in the past you took the steps that seemed appropriate at that time? Do you notice that there were times when your heart told you to make a certain decision, but that for various reasons you did not follow your intuition? All these experiences have helped you learn the lessons necessary for your growth. It is time to totally forgive yourself for behaving in ways you judge as bad or wrong. You would have chosen differently if you had known better, but you acted according to your conscience at that time. Forgive and continue with your life . Do not waste more of your precious time in self-criticism. You are currently choosing to create your future. Let go of the past and do not fear the future. I know you are exactly where you need to be for your perfect lessons in life. It is up to you to lift the mantle of judgment and allow yourself to evolve to be who you would most like to be.

Imagine acting in ways that give you joy. Imagine your world surrounded by love . I know you are a good, honest and caring person, and give yourself the love and respect you deserve. Your imagination can establish a powerful intention for your life when you use it to visualize a new and more harmonious way of being. When you set an intention all the forces of the universe line up to manifest what you are visualizing. It is wise to be careful how you use this powerful medium. You receive anything you focus on, if your focus and desire are strong enough. That is a Universal Law.

Remember to be grateful for your life. It is an incredible gift to be in a physical body. With this body you can do so many things to enjoy this world of beauty. Be grateful for everything you are learning now, even if sometimes you feel uncomfortable. Be grateful for everything you have, even if it doesn't seem to be enough. Gratitude awakens your mind to greater truth in all things and elevates your spirit to appreciation and joy .
