I started this channel knowing very little about what the topic would be. I knew we would probably talk about the changes in the physical body and, in large part, about what has been happening to me lately. I have had strange problems such as the discharge of the batteries from the remote control and it seems that the means of connection with other people do not work for me, especially those that use electric power. For someone who develops in the audiovisual world this is very challenging. Sometimes the computer works and sometimes it doesn't, and don't even say if it's a touch panel!

When the group started this channel, I had no idea how much this would mean to me. The group led them through several very confusing days of my life. This channel explained and connected several of the group's most important messages for all of us. On a personal level, they explained to me what I have been experiencing in my own world. During the channeling, there were two different moments when they had to calm me down because I was getting too excited about the revelations I received. I will explain it in more detail in the following Virtual Light Transmission, but those strange electrical events of my life seem to make sense and reason after all.

This day qualifies among the most prominent, as many of you have changed your energy completely. They have stopped for a moment the cares of their own lives to delight in the past and remember all the beauty they have experienced and then turn around and consider the expectations they have for their future. These are the expectations that create your future at this precise moment. They establish their path wherever they go and select opportunities to experience everything they wanted to live in this physical bubble of biology.

Connecting the light to ground

To allow them to be what they are, we would like you to take a deep breath, a breath of the Earth in the physical body, just for a moment, and just allow yourself Be in the here and now. With all the expectations about what awaits them, it is very easy for humans to fall into the past or project into the future. Only one of those three past, present and future is real. It is now. Their memories of the past are very real, but they cannot live there. Their expectations about the future are very real and important, but they cannot live there either. Yes, they can live in the here and now, and combine all three. We ask that you not only try to live in the present, because it will be a very big challenge. Actually, most of you are opening the way in front of you when you plan, expect or create something. We want to gather several points that we have mentioned before. You will be able to understand it more easily now, because you have already become acquainted with much of this. Although they may not know exactly how it fits into their daily lives, much of what we have told them they have accepted in their lives as true, which has created the basis for generating the evolution of a new being human. It is happening all over the planet, because now is when, and as never before, humans can contain a greater amount of their spirit within their physical body.

Physical Evolution

There are some physical changes that will help them adapt better to the energy change, and it is happening to each and every human being on this planet. Your physical body is beginning to change now, however, it will be several years before the medical community can quantify those changes; Typically, medical communities move very slowly, intentionally. Much of what they have been waiting for, what they call ascension, is possible, so that they can incorporate that light into their physical body as they travel the Earth.

The redistribution of water

Yes, they will always have limitations. They are on this side of the veil, so they must remain in linear time. Although that chronological line can be modified, as you well know, because they just changed the Earth's schedule that was due to end around 2012. You have already changed that, but you are still experiencing many of the things that were going to come to that end. Many of the movements and changes that you see on your planet, specifically those that have to do with the redistribution of water and the rebalancing of the planet, are happening daily right now. They are also establishing many connections with the energy we call water; however, you do not classify it as energy, although it meets all the classifications of what you know as energy. Water exists on both sides of the veil as is all that is energy. They have managed to carry the spirit of their superior beings in their physical bodies, largely due to the amount of water energy their bodies contain. That is beginning to change, because that is one of the physical characteristics that can be easily quantified and measured as time progresses for humans. They have felt comfortable with a certain amount of water in their bodies, but that water also roots them to the physical Earth. In reality, their emotional levels are attached to physical water. This is how they have been processing emotions through their bodies, and the way they receive in their bodies the emotions of others. Have you ever been to a theater where you know perfectly well that there are people sitting behind you, but you don't pay attention to them? Then, suddenly they feel that there is someone, they turn around and look directly into the eyes of someone who had their eyes fixed on the back of their neck, almost as if you had seen it? That happens through water. Now, what is happening is that the physical body will start working with lower percentages of water. They can literally change the amount of water by up to 20% in the next 50 years. That is a great change for humanity and will lead to many different characteristics, some of which we want to mention now.

The amount of water that your physical bodies contain will be reduced and, therefore, overexposure to emotion will also decrease. At first, when humans change some level of energy, resistance occurs; typically, they cling and try to resist with their whole being. Many of you now feel that your emotions are out of control. A lot of this has to do with those changes that are happening to all mankind. Much of you may feel that you are doing everything right: your life is good and your spirit feels comfortable, yet you feel angry, anxious or suffer all the time. They may feel things they have never felt before. That is true, because it is part of the changes that are happening. Let us explain something else. We have told you for a long time that the nature of humans on this planet is becoming crystalline. We also told you recently that the actual atomic structure of the element you call carbon is about to change. This is part of the change that you will observe in your physical bodies, because you are creatures based on carbon. The simultaneous change of carbon and water will allow them to evolve towards new levels, very, very quickly. Obviously, this also presents its challenges. They feel that when they have achieved stability, the floor suddenly moves. Unfortunately, as soon as they learn the rules of the game, they change. Typically, that way your growth develops. They wait, they wait, they wait ... they hold on to everything, and suddenly, they leap forward. That leap forward has already begun for many of you. Let's talk first about what life will be like when they have less water in their physical bodies.

The crystallization of the body

Its nature is becoming crystalline. In time, this will be discovered on a scientific level within the structure of the cell walls of your physical being. It has already been demonstrated in botany and in the world of insects; He will soon be known in the world of animals and in the world of humans. It will be verified, but what will happen to the crystals? What are some of the properties that crystals have and that so far you have not had? The crystals have the highest vibrations of the mineral kingdom, and they are part of you in the same way that Earth is part of you. Since human beings have the highest vibrations of the animal kingdom, you resonate very often with the crystalline structure of crystals that consider minerals, since they also have the highest vibrations among what they call minerals or Earth's substance. That has created a connection and extended their lives more than they think. When they enter a room full of all kinds of memories, favorite trophies on the shelves and photos on the wall. What are they attracted to? Generally, they will first be attracted to objects that have crystals. And if there is a crystal somewhere, surely they approach, pick it up, hold it or watch it for a second to see the fragments of light it emits. At that moment it means something to you and is changing its structure; It is helping them to transform.

On this planet, women generally live longer than men. You can check it very clearly in your statistics. We have mentioned it before, many believed it was due to the wars on their planet; they believe that wars took many men so that men did not live so long, but that is not true. What has led to the longevity of women is that they feel more comfortable than men when they have crystals near their bodies. Typically, a man would not wear a large diamond ring while a woman would love it. Because of some of these cultural and social differences, women will typically live longer than men; They will be able to handle stress for longer than men.

What is happening now is that everyone is beginning to become crystalline within their physical bodies and that generates many changes. Number one, means the return of the life expectations they have been observing. Many of you know that the human body has been designed to live beyond those of 80, 90 or 100 years that has so far been characteristic of humans. No one can explain how some people who live in certain parts of the world seem to live up to 130 years. We tell you that even in your current life, with the physical body you have, you could live 120 or 130 years. As this change takes place, longevity will come naturally, because it will be activated due to the change in the actual amount of water or the percentage of water the body will have. There is also another energy that has been implemented, managed and used regularly on your planet: electricity. They use it every time they pick up a phone, throughout their daily lives, over and over again. Humans have adjusted to electricity; They know where the limits are. They know that they cannot insert their fingers into the wall socket because they are going to receive a discharge, and they have learned to live in harmony with that. What is happening now is that as they contain less percentages of water, as the process begins to occur in their physical bodies, they will have a different reaction to electricity and the electrical instruments that surround them.

Many have already begun to discover it. Especially those who work frequently with electronic instruments or equipment, will begin to suffer wonderful phantom problems, as the Guardian calls them. He says: “that machine has no harm. It is haunted. ” Actually the machine is reacting differently to its energies, because it is he who has changed. Let us explain a couple of things to you. The Guardian is very excited right now because we have just made sense of several things that have been happening to him. He will have to share it at another time, because now we are talking to them. We will tell you about one of them, it is very common. The Guardian has just returned from a two-week trip and his house was completely closed during all that time. No one entered or left, except for the guard cat. What happened is that when he returned and took the television remote control and tried to turn it on, nothing happened. He yelled at his wife for putting him in the wrong place or maybe she did something wrong: that's typical. Press the power button again and again ... and nothing. Change the batteries and work more or less. This time, one part of the equipment turns on, but the others do not work. Keep trying and after almost half an hour, suddenly, it fixes itself. He goes to his office, bends down, picks up control and exactly the same thing happens to him. It has changed so much in just two weeks that he was away, that the relationship he had established with many of the electronic devices no longer works. That is something very common that many will experience. It's much more than that; We are only giving you a few facts to verify in your own life.

Water reduction in the body

Something everyone is going to question and what they will want to know more about is the decrease in the amount of water their physical bodies will have. We warn you about it because it sounds like we are telling you to drink less, but we tell you that the moment you try to control the amount of water in your bodies, it will take the reins and control them.

You can even flood them to make sure they don't dry out, you have to do it on your own and it will. We do not suggest that you try to make it happen, because it will happen naturally. What we will tell you is that, right now, the environmental energy goes through your entire body. They are microwaves, radio waves, and much of the invisible light spectrum that travels through their bodies without any problem. Even the Guardian has a radio transmitter in his belt that transmits his voice to the back of the room so they can hear it. You have not felt those energies until now. However, as they reduce the amount of water in their bodies, they will begin to notice that there is an accumulation of energy in them that, on occasion, they do not know how it got there . As they become crystalline beings, they will begin to send and receive radio frequencies. Actually, you have that ability right now, because many of you have already crystallized the pineal gland and it can be trained to send and receive. That is part of what we call deep contact. Frequently, deep contact is currently made through the pineal gland. It is beginning to happen in other ways, and when it comes, humans will develop a new area to compensate for all that environmental energy they will perceive. It continues to flow through their bodies now, but they don't realize it. As that happens, they may begin to notice it easily and feel overwhelmed. What can happen is that they will feel very similar to the flu, but without all the symptoms. The Guardian feels very excited again because it happened to him last night. He is beginning to understand what is happening and has a lot to say but, again, we will reassure him because it is important that we finish this. What we tell you is that you will feel everything differently. Its electrical charge, the energy of the Home that they have been carrying so far and that sustains a large part of their spirits, is water, and it is changing. You will have an electric nature as you progress, because the energy of the Home, no matter how you call it, can reach you in different ways.

The new electrical system of the body

The challenge arises because humans know how to connect with the earth when they are dealing with water; They know how to connect their energy with the earth. They know when it is too much or when they are receiving too much emotional energy. And we tell you that this is going to happen especially to those who appear before an audience, who give speeches, who act or work with people. Let's say you work with people weekly, speaking to the public without any problem. They learned to put that little barrier and keep it under control, and if they need to talk to the wall, they do it to avoid all that incredible energy that comes to the stage. Now they will feel that energy because the barriers they have worked with no longer exist. Many would begin to feel things they had never felt; they are activators that will allow them to start working with that energy. As they become more crystalline, the light will enter their bodies in different ways, in addition to the vibrations that the water may contain.

Earth connection of light

They will feel overwhelmed with the amount of light. We had mentioned this previously as only a small advance, but it is time to clarify it. Connecting with the light will be one of the keys you will learn. Not only will you learn how to do it with your physical being, but you will also learn how to do it with your electronic equipment. I will learn how to do it with everything they use, harmonizing their electrical system with their physical being and with electronic equipment. The Guardian had to replace four sets of batteries before the end of that day. He believed that someone had gone to his house and spent all his batteries but, in reality, he was responsible. Then he went into his room and turned on his favorite computer, which he uses all the time, and did not turn on. It just didn't work. He tried three or four more times and finally managed to light it halfway until, finally, on the fifth or sixth time, it lit as if nothing had happened. The reason for all this is that the computer had to adjust to the Guardian's new vibration. They are already working with harmonies and sacred harmony is something very beautiful that they can learn. It is their place in the world, to which they belong, but they must also understand that the place they are in, no longer sustains their energy. They are evolving at an incredible speed and from that general panorama of humanity evolution is occurring in the blink of an eye. You are the leaders of the route, and you are the ones who dare to take it to the next level of energy.

There is something else and it is the last part of what we want to share about the point. Because this is also activating another anchor of the physical body, the body must always anchor itself or what you call connecting to Earth. The electrical connection of your physical bodies has to have a place to go, so you can travel the entire body. You call it grounding. They also call it grounding electrical circuits, because it is a return of the current to the ground or to its last resting place. Literally, what happens is that your connection is changing; Human vibratory patterns change daily. Your photos of the aura are going to change dramatically and much of your connection with all those instruments that have measured part of your energy field will change dramatically. As such, many of you will experience emotions, or the absence of them, when you expected otherwise.

The surge of sexual energy

The final anchoring of the spirit in the physical body is what we have called sexual energy. We told you several years ago that there would be a new wave of sexual energy on this planet, one that would make the 1960s pale. At that time, there was a great wave that passed very quickly and activated everything; This activation is a reactivation of that era. Now, as they move towards that new level, they will release their own energy patterns. They will begin to allow their energy to return to its normal state, instead of trying to hold it within a physical being. As they learn to do all that, they will discover a new happiness of being alive, and that is sexual energy. You will discover a new light in your smile and we ask that you please do not be afraid. Celebrate the day in many ways

I have always been a person who celebrates the special occasions of life on the actual date of the event. I refer specifically to birthdays and anniversaries, which include many special moments to rejoice. Steve teases me because I remind him to celebrate every day we've shared so far in our relationship. Of course, there is the wedding anniversary, the first day we met, the day we moved together, our renewal of vows, the birth of our children, the list is endless. Give me an excuse and I will celebrate it! I am sure that in the days to come I will discover many other special days to celebrate.

In the past, I tried to plan every detail of the celebration. I felt joy and expectations, but when things didn't go exactly as I had planned, sometimes I was disappointed. I am not saying that I do not enjoy making plans, but that it is important to allow everything to flow naturally.

I have learned to adapt to the holidays. Christmas used to be celebrated in a very traditional way in our house, and planned all the details months in advance. As the family grew and circumstances changed, Christmas has changed and now we celebrate them in different places and with different traditions. At first, that bothered me, because I didn't want to let go of what was familiar to me, but now I feel that every time it will be different, every year with a new fun. I always plan to have the whole family in our house at least once in a while. The most important part is sharing with loved ones during that magical time of the year.

As soon as Christmas time passed, the New Year arrived. The family gathered in our house for the New Year and also to celebrate Steve's sixty years. But tradition was interrupted once again. Since I remember, I have celebrated Steve's birthday on January 1st. With so many things that were happening in our lives at that time, I knew it would stress me. Steve said he was not disappointed, but I wanted to celebrate his day in a big way with our team and friends anyway. So for the first time, your party will be two weeks after your birthday. My new motto is to celebrate special occasions for a whole month. In that way, one can celebrate fully and with all his heart.

Our grandson turns three on March 17. As we do not live in the same state, we will not be able to be there on the exact date. We are going to travel by plane to meet him at his party that has been postponed until the following weekend to better fit everyone's program. With that, again I am learning to release the details and value the time we share in joy with those we love.

I think life itself can be a celebration. It is not important to establish a date or time to rejoice. But always a part of me will smile more radiantly and I will feel a little happier when the celebration takes place on the actual date. Deep in my being I remember that the greatest gift I receive in any celebration is the life I live.
