Within this NOW you are not totally in the body 3/4 d. Nor are they totally in their pentadimensional body. This is not because they did something wrong, but because they are a prototype.
A prototype is defined as: "An original or first model from which other forms are copied or developed." Thus, his transmutation into the BEING Body of Light is an early example that will be used as a model for those who come later.
In fact, you (if you have volunteered before this incarnation) are someone who has volunteered as a "test equipment" to transmute your Earth's tri / four-dimensional Earth container into its pentadimensional Light Container . To complete their process, they will be called to release their tri / four-dimensional way of thinking before their pentadimensional brain is fully on. For NOW, we suggest that you focus primarily on the third dimension as your baseline and the fifth dimension as where you are going, but you don't live yet.
What we mean by the statement above is that they remain fully anchored, eat the right foods, exercise their body and be a "watchman." A watchman is someone close to you who can track you without making any judgment or creating fear. Some people may be afraid of their changes and will judge them because they are fearful. Therefore, it is better to focus on the third dimension as your baseline.
The fifth dimension is where you resonate within the operating system of the NOW of the ONE, which is a quite different experience than resonating in three-dimensional "time and space." Your “terrestrial container” cannot resonate with the fifth dimension, so your “take a look at 5d” will be via your pentadimensional states of consciousness.
When your consciousness has expanded to include the resonance of 5D, your thoughts and emotions will resonate with a sense of purity and innocence that is difficult to maintain in your tri / tetradimensional life. They may wish to experience this reality, but they can only do so when their emotions resonate with their Higher Heart, their thoughts resonate with their Multidimensional Mind and their Higher Heart and Multidimensional Mind are calibrated with each other.
Your Higher Heart and Multidimensional Mind are the interface between your tri / tetradimensional expressions and the pentadimensional expressions of your BEING. The unconditional love of your Higher Heart is not just an emotion. Unconditional Love is a frequency of resonance in which unity and trust are natural and constant. This resonance is of the fifth dimension frequency and beyond. In the same way, multidimensional thinking can best occur when your Higher Heart and Multidimensional Mind are connected. Multidimensional thinking resonates with the frequency of unconditional Love and both are pentadimensional sensations.
Therefore, wherever you experience the NOW of unconditional Love and / or Multidimensional thinking you are taking a look at 5D .
Many of you are experiencing more sensations of this pentadimensional reality, as well as feelings that are too intense for your physical bodies to maintain. These feelings and sensations come in waves, which allows you to experiment and gradually adapt to each wave of energy.
A wave-energy of these sensations is much like immersing your body in very cold or very hot water. They want to go to that water, but they need to allow time to get used to something that, at the beginning, feels very shocking. However, by getting used to this, this sense new becomes more natural. When you experience these new sensations, you are gradually adapting to the Pentadimensional Body of Light. Dear volunteers to be the prototypes of the new Human, we Arcturians remind you that you asked to assist with the process of transmutation of your physical body towards the octave of your 5D Light Body. What they will realize when moving through their process is that they have been doing this all their lives, and they are also doing this in their many simultaneous, parallel and alternative lives. During all their many incarnations in Gaia, they have been preparing for this moment of planetary ascension.

This Interdimensional Consciousness Unit, within your being, will rapidly expand into the Unity of Consciousness with all Life. Since the Unity of Consciousness with all life is the core of pentadimensional consciousness, as well as of all pentadimensional realities, once you created this change within your consciousness, your physical body will begin its transmutation towards the resonance of 5D and beyond. As you move towards and through this process, you will consciously experience what you have never experienced in any of your incarnations. In all their incarnations in the third dimension, they came in a three-dimensional body. There are Ascended Masters who have transmuted into their pentadimensional bodies, which is why they are called " Ascended Masters ".
There have been a few of these Masters, with many years in between the incarnations. When these Masters still maintained a terrestrial container, the frequency of the Earth was too low for them to maintain a resonance on the planet. However, within the NOW there are different forms of ascension because we are asking you to combine your personal transmutation process with the planetary transmutation process towards 5D. So, as the Ascended Masters of the past have transmuted to help your human companions, you will transmute to help your planet .
