Collin, a reader from South Africa, asks the following question:

We are often told to think from the heart and not from the head (mind).

What does it really mean to think from the heart?

What does it mean to think from the heart? This is an excellent question. I am very, very pleased that someone thought about asking. It is a term that is frequently discarded, "heart, not mind." This needs to be reconsidered and clearly understood.

Thinking with the heart. This does not mean emotional thinking at all. While thinking with the heart definitely involves compassion, a major component of thinking with the heart is Unity and thinking of the whole, not just those you see, not just those you know, or those you know of something, is thinking about the whole of the human family. This is thinking with the heart.

Now what is the heart? Well, the heart with which they are asked to think is not the physical organ alone but the chakra, the energy point in the physical body that is close to the heart. That vortex of energy, that chakra, is where there is a communication channel towards the higher being, towards the soul and via the soul to the energy group to which that vortex of souls belongs and with those who work with that vortex of souls. And from that energy group, there is a communication channel to a broader energy group, being more expanded as they trace a path to the Source.

And what comes through this access channel when they think with their hearts are two important pieces of communication. One: you have access to your soul's plan for this life, and via your individual soul plan, you have access to the Earth's human family plan. And via the plan of the human family on Earth, you have access to divine plans with a wider panorama.

Now, don't think that everyone is obligated or expected to implement a very broad plan. But if you follow the plan for this life as it was established before birth and as it has been modified by circumstances, then you are truly cooperating with the plan for the Earth's human family and with the Plan for the entire planet Earth.

When the plan alignments take place, there is a frequency alignment that harmonizes with the heart's energy center, the heart's vortex. And that alignment brings harmony and certainty that they are acting for the good of the whole. Now, the mind cannot be separated, because it is the mind that orchestrates the implementation in any plan. And if this planned implementation does not benefit all of humanity, then there is something that is not in harmony.

The second communication that comes through this vortex of the heart located in the center of the chest is information… a summary of all the lessons that your soul has gathered in all your previous lives. Thus they have access, via thinking from the heart, to wisdom, lessons, experience and set of tools that have been acquired by their individual soul within the group energy with which their soul is affiliated.

And when you bring all this together: access to coordinated plans for yourself, for the human family and for the planet, access to the frequency that harmonizes and creates a symphony from those who are working to sustain the Plan for this planet, and you bring To all this wisdom, the set of abilities they have acquired in previous lives, then they are thinking with the heart. They are bringing a toolkit that can be matched with the active intelligence of their mind to implement plans for the good of the entire human family.

Thinking from the heart, taken in essence, is to align with the Cosmic Plan and the frequency of that Plan as manifested on this planet, and to bring to that Plan all the experience, wisdom and game of abilities gained in previous lives and also the that have been earned in the present life. Once that alignment takes place, then the mind plans based on that information and can begin to implement the part of the Plan for planet Earth that is theirs to be manifested. When this happens, they will feel it, it is literally feeling and emitting the frequency that was agreed upon, the frequency of the Plan for planet Earth.

This is thinking with the heart.

As the Leadership Team in Expansion of Consciousness, we must add that part of the expansion of consciousness is truly understanding what it means by thinking with the heart and truly understanding being guided from the heart and what that means to planet Earth.

And why do we say planet Earth? Because when human beings respond and act, they think and listen to their hearts, they do not destroy the Earth, they do not destroy each other, nor do they destroy any of the Earth's kingdoms. In addition, they work in harmony with each other, with the kingdoms of the Earth and with the entire body of planet Earth.

This can not be otherwise, because there is a frequency, a harmony, a symphony that is the Earth in all its aspects from the physical body that see the etheric physical body they do not see and that pattern applies to each of the kingdoms on this planet. There is a dense physicist and there are more subtle versions of each kingdom as each of these kingdoms harmonizes with its own frequency and its own plan for its own evolution.

And all these plans come together to be a massive symphony for the Advancement Plan, the Spiritual Fullness Plan for planet Earth. This is what we wanted to add to this question.
