The number of elements that are part of the Workers' group is increasing because new souls are joining the "new mystical work", an aspect of group dynamics.
The objective is to integrate into the group a third of the souls that periodically reincarnate on planet Earth.
These, throughout their past lives experienced trials, sufferings and disappointments, were sublimated and purified through the fire of earthly life. They were, therefore, very well prepared and determined to lead the greater group of humanity to transform the planet Earth into an authentic sanctuary of the Divine Cosmic Forces.
The Workers are no longer directed by their personalities but by their souls, and many are even directed by their own cosmic cell, their spirit, through their soul.
The Workers were subdivided into seven sectors. Each one acts within the characteristics of each Cosmic Ray, working with the respective Ray Master .
Each of these seven sectors was also subdivided into seven areas of action, within the techniques of each Ray and, in turn, these seven areas were again subdivided into another seven minor areas. In total, we have 343 types of workers' main groupings in the world .
Each one, in the plane of the soul, is hierarchically subordinated to the group that is superior to him, all within the characteristics of each ray.
The components of the Workers' groups are acting in all sectors of human life, thus forming a body of real and conscious action of the Masters who are part of the Great Hidden Hierarchy, and that manage the collective evolution of planet Earth.
The great political transformations in many nations are the result of the silent and animate work of groups of Workers. They act to create a new global political system based on social and economic balance.
