Earth is the Mother, the Moon too - by Alicia Hamm

We are inhabitants of the cosmos and we have a cosmic identity and, as children of the universe or the multiverse, we live in many dimensions simultaneously and we know it, although sometimes we keep it a little forgotten in our day-to-day consciousness.

As indigenous children we are taught that we have a cosmic identity in which everything around us is alive, like us, has a Soul or is Spirit, which is the Substance of the Soul.

We learn to relate to the Sun as with a father, that the Earth is our Mother, the Moon is sometimes a Sister, or a Grandmother, or a "Regulator" of the Woman, or an Accomplice of Love, Teacher, Counselor, Connected to Water ... She has many faces and many names, and in each one she has an intimate relationship with us.

Everything that lives on Mother Earth is our family, the Trees are the Grandparents, the Animals are Brothers, the Stones and the Crystals are the oldest inhabitants of Mother Earth and from them we receive profound teachings if we know how to listen and observe.

They teach us not to ask what, but who? Who is the water? Who is the light? Who you are?

When we answer this question we never answer mentioning our body, we always look for our identity within the invisible that inhabits us. We are aware of the invisible as of the spiritual part of our being: our consciousness, our feelings, thoughts, relationships, dreams…. We know that everything that makes us "Being" lives in the invisible dimension, and so we think of other beings. We understand that the visible part of the Sun is not who the Sun is, but the way in which the Spirit materialized in the Sun. We call him Tunkashila, He is the Fire, he is Our Father, and we invoke Him when we need guidance. or help

Otherwise, we also differentiate the invisible from the visible, since all the visible is made of Matter. The word Matter comes from Mater, which means Mother. It is the Visible Creation and the one that sustains us. So all materialized is the Mother, so also the Moon and all other Planets are the Earth.

But this planet that is our Home is the Land of Eternity, Paradise, that wonderful being that solidified the Cosmic Dust and took shape, flowed in Water, dressed in Air and kept the Fire in his heart to be able to give and bring life . She, the One who Nourishes, is our first Mother, the one who gives us the Body, the one who has called us to incarnate in this life because she needs our steps on her skin in the Running Time. In it, the Four Guardians of the Four Corners, the Four Elements, each one a Being of Light meet without which life would not be possible. The first Element, the Earth itself, is the Sacred Dust from which all materializations are made. The Air is the Divine Breath and also a Father, the Wind, the Ethereal Element, which gives the Soul to everything that lives. Water is the Emotional Element and the Memory of the Earth, She is also a Mother and, being a Flow, unifies the other three to allow new forms of Habitable Life to be born. The Fire Element is the most mysterious, the Light Himself, the Great Spirit, Father of the Soul Soul, Divine Spark.

My Black Moose Master repeated more than two hundred times the last day I saw him: "Everything bad that happens on Earth occurs because man has not understood Fire!" "They do not understand Fire!" "They do not know who it is. the fire". I never saw a man speak with more respect and veneration than the Master when he greeted the Sun and said: “Aho, Tunkashila!” And then I spoke with Him as we speak with a Father who understands, as we speak with the Great Spirit knowing that we He loves, knowing that he called us into existence by our Name and gave us the Soul, which is Spirit Light like Him, Identity, Consciousness, Intelligence and Memory, Knowledge, Perception of Beauty and Quality.

When religions say that we are "made in the image and likeness of God" they do not refer to the shape of our body, but to the Self and its Inner Being, its Way of Love, of Feeling, its Attraction or Repulsion that perhaps later it became the concepts "good" and "bad", but that at first is the instinct of what has quality for us, with that we are born as humans, the Father's Inheritance.

We have inherited the Father's Love and the Mother's Love from our True Parents, and They love us as we love our children. In all the Earth nobody is as strong as a Mother who defends her children. This is the Earth. This is the Mother. That's how we are.

Everything we have comes from Her, our body is made of the Magic Powder from which all the substances we use are made, and in the end everything becomes Powder again and dissolves in Her Being, and She erases all Form from what was, to start again. That is the basis of the Transformation.

Hence, people who do not respect the Mother have so many problems to live in harmony on Earth.

That is why the Moon, made of Dust, also Matter, is also Mother, Mirror of Light, Guide in the Darkness, Carrier of Dreams, Keeper of Desire, Regulator of Women, Relationship ...

In this way they taught us, when children's dreams were respected and our moccasins healed the Earth at every step.

May they walk for Beauty.
