Getting rid of all those thoughts that make us feel heavy constitutes the first steps towards our takeoff track. It is also necessary to recognize the beliefs that bind us to duality, and its force of gravity: judgments. Contemplating beauty, recreating in it, in the sense of recreating itself following its aroma, is already a great act of lightness; to feel beautiful is to look at ourselves in the mirror of our heart, which reflects our true essence.
