In this text we are going to know a special Osho technique that, without being of the best known, is really useful and productive. We enter the grounds of the Meditation of the Mystic Rose . For many, one of the most advanced since the Vipasana of Buddha, which already has a whopping 25 centuries.

Phase 1: laughter

The first phase of the meditation process consists of laughing . In fact, no reason is necessary, we just have to laugh for three hours a day for 7 days.

The purpose of this initial phase is to find the origin of laughter. If we see that we have nothing to laugh about or it no longer comes naturally or for no reason, we will move in the form of giberish so that the blocked energy is released. But remember, during the time of meditation, just laugh . Of course, dedicate the last 10 minutes of the session to observe in silence.

Phase 2: crying

Once the first phase is over, we move on to the second phase, crying. In the next 7 days you will have to let your tears run down your face. In this case, with a little awareness, without much effort, you can get along perfectly.

During this phase we make an introspective look towards our own inner being that cries out . Do not suppress tears at any time, so you can cry comfortably. That is, either screaming, loud, deep ... The important thing is that it is from the heart. You can help yourself with sad and soft music if it inspires you. And remember, the last 10 minutes you have to observe in total silence.

Phase 3: observing on the hill

The third and final phase arrives, where we will spend 7 days relaxed, in total silence, comfortably . We have to close our eyes and observe our interior. Everything when it happens within ourselves will have us as witnesses. For many it will be the first time, others may have some memory of having done something similar before.

Breathe deeply, letting out and entering the air. Tune in to natural sounds if they help you internalize .

After 45 minutes of observation, leave another 15 to dance smoothly with attractive and pleasant music . Let the dance movement take you and catch you.
