Beloved of My Heart:
In their hands they really carry the descending Grace of the Holy Spirit. You are the hands of GOD, when you generate acts that the Creator Himself performs without interruption.
When you learn to walk the paths of life with absolute meekness, when you are able to cause no more offenses or pain to any part of the created Life, then you will have the descending Grace of the Spirit Holy and will be One with HIM and in His Divine Love will remain untouched and immaculate, truly showing only the Real Being in you and you can live and manifest it in your Fullness.
In consciousness you can fully understand these and many writings that reveal the practice to return to the original Source. And as we have always said, see them, now as long as they maintain the corporeal forms.
You can embody any of the seven virtues of God, and one of the most effective ways is the daily practice of Holy Breath and really live what is decreed in this exercise:
EXERCISE OF HOLY BREATH:
1 . (inhaling the air) Imagine the Pink Flame of Divine Love emanating from the heart of the Holy Spirit and repeat: I AM INHALING THE PINK FLAME OF DIVINE LOVE, FROM THE HEART OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
2 (holding the air) I AM ABSORBING THE PINK FLAME OF DIVINE LOVE, FROM THE HEART OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
3 (exhaling the air) imagine the Flame covering personal matters and the environment ... I AM EXPANDING THE PINK FLAME OF DIVINE LOVE FROM THE HEART OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
4 (holding the air) imagine the Pink Flame enveloping the entire Planet Earth. I AM PROJECTING THE PINK FLAME OF DIVINE LOVE FROM THE HEART OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
Repeat this exercise three times.
As you can see, My Beloved are many ways to do an effective and perfect job! If you decide and put it into action!
Understand that it is through your will, Love and Consciousness that you can reach any achievement you desire.
